Absolutely BONZA John. We cant wait to see this Mighty Milo2 in a couple of weeks at the Melb 4x4 show. It's great to see anyone breathing new life in to any classic's, but to see a 4wd, Wow fantastic. Great job guys, keep it going. You have inspired and given confidence to my Tin Lid to restore his Pa's 4wd.
No! Thank-you John. It's been great seeing the build video's here on You Tube. Like you said "we try to gain so much knowledge in only one lifetime". SEEING, HEARING & LEARNING from gentlemen like you, really makes life easier for guys like me. To set up our truck, correctly the first time. So we can spend more time seeing this great country. Cheers. See you at the 4x4 show.
I would check with your DOT office to see if it is legal to vent the exhaust behind the cab, I believe unless you intend to like a truck exhaust fitting it has been illegal for quite some years to vent behind the cab you will likely need extend to the rear of the vehicle to be compliant for DOT inspection..
So, Roothy - you keep going on about the "Handbrake" (I'd be pushing up daisies if I called my better half that) but we've never seen her; at least never on any of your videos. Do we get to see a pic of her riding in Milo 2 at the end of the rebuild?
Hey roothy i think you might have a problem with your exhaust. I think you may find that you cannot have it on the left due to pedestrians. I might be wrong but best to ask transport now than the day off registration.
Datto rims on the rear look great, should be using them all round. Can't wait to see the finished product.
Looks bloody good Roothy cant wait to check it out in Melbourne!
I'm running out of superlatives...
Mate, this thing freaking rocks! I am so buzzed for it (and you!)
Seriously can't wait to see the final result!

She's a bit dreamy. Nice one mate
Looking awesome buddy!!! Love tuning in everyday to see the progress. Really makes me want to get my hands on a nice old truck
Awesome build. Lucky to havr such gurus to show how its done. Learn alot from vids. Thanks
Very nice build Roothy.
Not just a pretty face hey Roothy. Cheers mate.🍻
Better than when it was brand new. If Toyota made them like this there would be no need for the 70 series launch.
If Toyota made old trucks like this again I would have no problem parting with my money to get one.
This truck is art.
Coming along nice roothy
Thanks mate, we are pulling some huge days to get this done in time. Cheers
U gotta take a trip to wa mate
love it! hope you make melb 4x4 show
Fantastic.
ONE DAY FINISH AND BACK TO AUSTRALIA BUSH TRACK AGAIN
Have ya already plan a first trip roothy
Put a heat shield between the exhaust and the cab where it ends mate don't want your good paint to crack from heat.
insanity986 thanks mate, we have a plan for dealing with that as you will see in a few days. Cheers
love the build - what product for sound - and obviously it is water resistant glue? is thi a separate product or part of the mat? - thanks in advance
Nice
