POK is a problematic issue. Huge radicalised population is like allowing a lakh terrorists and OGWs and We are finding it difficult to handle less than 100. Optionally,if we hold POK as a separately administered state, We may fuel thoughts of independence of whole Jammu Kashmir, the seeds of which can never be eradicated completely. And Gazwa e Hind always exists in Muslim population below the surface. Muslim League was voted in TN, Kerala, UP, Bihar and Maharashtra during partition along with Bengal and Punjab. Islamic terrorism seeds exist in all these places even today. Instead, India should work for independence of Balochistan, which can form a separate country with Port and other facilities, and can be a friendly country to India. KPK is almost gone to Afghanistan and We can give it a shove.

A Pakistani here. Your talks are usually very well researched but this time the guest has very superficial knowledge of the subject. China has no interest in taking GB electricity to China and Pakistani coal is lignite which has very little energy anyways. It isn't viable to transfer this coal to China.

The Britishers needed it so they took it under Mr. Brown to counter the Soviets...Even the Chinese are desperate to take control of POK GB . To recover the costs of CPEC & prevent Bharat from to have a direct access to Central Asia & of course to force India to prepare for the 2 front war..xtra financial burden.
