      Good evening sir,
      Sir I have two questions.
First, as you have mentioned Pakistan inability to protect Chinese interest especially the CPEC have forced China to have its military presence in PoK. This has security implications for us too. How to view this Chinese deployment in pok as a threat to our Ladhak region?
Isn’t this deployment is because of internal dynamics of Pakistan?
Second, what’s the impact of political instability in Pakistan on its foreign policy alignment with China? What in your opinion more benificial for China- a politically unstable Pakistan under military grip or a politically stable Pakistan?

General, Sir. People forget that cost of transport by sea is a fraction than that of land. Hence CPEC was never viable. I think the ratio is 1:6. Also geography (mountains etc) is against it.

Sir, according to you what's stopping our establishment to blow up the "One China" narrative decisively -
    1. Declare Tibet an independent State - or at least establish Tibet govt in exile embassy in Delhi
    2. Establish full diplomatic and arms relationship with Taiwan
    3. Recognise the Hong Kong democracy movement as a legitimate struggle
    4. Raise Xing Jiang atrocities on Muslims issue in the UN
When China is playing on front foot, why are we so shy..?

Importance of Malacca choke point is close to Andaman Nicobar Indian Tricity command .More than 60 percent of Chinese imports by value are transported by sea, with some 80 percent of its oil imports coming through the Malacca Strait. China interest in Pakistan is to have a CEC land route to Gwadhar in west coast of Pakistan to bypass Malacca strait . That is were the China Pakistan relationship comes . This is one sided relationship that China has to do perpetual handouts to Pakistan . China has $100 billion trade surplus with India to lose. Pakistan does not have the financial stability to conduct open warfare with India. It will indulge in low intensity non conventional proxy war with militants. India is paying back by coin supporting Balooch insurgency and making the CEC to Gwadhar port inoperative . Do not forget Chinese sat on sidelines uninvolved in Bangladesh war in 1971 . Games of chess board India is developing its own axis in littoral states surrounding China like Philippines, Japan and Vietnam. Possibility two front war is remote. All parties will have to lose in war

Sir... Pakistan has become a, menace, india has no choice but to get into action mode. Splitting Pakistan is the only alternative, The government should support the Baluchis, Sindhis and Pathans to get independence

“ We have no eternal Allies and we do not have perpetual enemies. Our interests are eternal and perpetual , and those interests , it is our duty to follow ( Lord Palmerston British statesman and prime minister in speech House of Commons 1848)

Pakistan very often acts without thinking much. Will your explanation regarding mutual collusion hold good wrt Pakistan in a real life scenario? It will be in our best interest to remain prepared for a two front war - this was of course stated by you at the outset

Pakistan is now dispensable to Middle east oil powers as the market for fossil oil is in India which it cannot afford to lose .Pak is no longer front line state as Afghan war is over. Cultural incompatibility with Chinese is overemphasized . Politics make strange bedfellows . Elite and decision makers of Pakistan are seculars and have western lifestyle with public display of Religious zeal for public consumption. CEC is in trouble for many reasons , Chinese import engineers and workers to construct the highway , Baloochistan rebels think that Pakistan is neo colonial power to extract gas and minerals . Power theft is rampant in coal electricity plants owned by Chinese corporates with loss. Pakistan is a big sink for money without return , Kleptocracy in Elite ruling class of Pakistan prevails
