Bugatti Veyron Vitesse WRC Lap of the Nürburgring Nordschleife & GP Circuit

- Join Bugatti CEO Wolfgang Durheimer and GTspirit onboard the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse WRC (fastest convertible in the world 408,84 km/h) at the Nurburgring. The Veyron did a lap of the Grand Prix Circuit and Nordschleife prior to the start of the 2014 Nurburgring 24 Hours race.
The second Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse was driven by Le Mans winner and Bugatti test driver Andy Wallace.
Both Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse clocked well above 300 km/h on the straight of the Nordschleife.

Can you do it faster??
Bruno Beltrame I have done it better with a M135i. The guy was driving slowly, nurburgring is not forgiving any mistakes, and to a 2million car mistakes are expensive. Only a professional driver will practically ever push those kinds of cars fast in the ring.

Nik papado There was an Audi RS6 Wagon in front pacing the Bugattis. The Bugattis were simply trailing the Audi (staying behind it). You can tell that they were braking a lot during the lap because they were continuously catching the Audi and slowing down. If the Bugattis were all by themselves, I'm sure they would have done a better/faster lap. But also remember that this wasn't a race. This was simply a cruise around the Nurburgring during a sponsor event.

By watching this video i can see that in forza the Bugatti Veyron wing works completly different from reality, Turn10 should update their game
I'm not a big fan of the Veyron. It's ugly. It's too heavy. And it's too expensive. But I certainly have to experience its crashing acceleration some day, as demonstrated by that Bugatti in front 16:34 OMG! This has got to be on everyone's "101 Things To Do Before I Die" list.
