@@maeseloky In that case, I'd just go for the 4K. You'll enjoy the singleplayer games way more. With the 4090 and now with upscaling being in every game, you'll not notice quality degradation by using upscaling while getting very good FPS. You can see the performance I get in so many SP games while using ultra settings, not even optimized settings (which usually look 97% the same as ultra, but 30/50+ more FPS). You can even sell that 4090 right before the 5090 comes out, and then you'll power up that 4K monitor even easier.

If you play singleplayer games a lot, I would go 4K. If PVP competitive games, 1440p.
Desktop clarity / text is also nicer on the 4K.
