The graphics are good in general, but lord... what are those car reflections? they look really bad.
So the game looks good, but only if you have a spaceship computer. I can't only hit consistent 30fps at 1080p using max performance fsr (which makes everything except the car look shit) with my gtx1060 6gb + r5-5600. For comparison, FH5 looks miles better than this and it run well on pretty much every pc out there, I can play it at constant 60fps on my 4k tv using mixed high/mid settings. They had a lot of time to craft this game and they give us this very badly optimized mess of a demo to encourage potential buyers? I just decided that I'm not going to get this game anymore, such a disappointment and I was looking forward for this for a long time now since they first announced they'll be working on a new tdu title. Considering they only have 3 months left till release, I don't think they have enough time to fix the game. I'll wait some months or a year to see if they release fixes and I'll try to buy it at a discounted price (since I'm sure if it releases at a state similar to the demo it will fail bad that they'll have to discount the price pretty soon to push sales)
tbh this game is very good looking but god the optimization....
The optimization is indeed very rough. I know it's a demo but if we've learned anything from Battlefield 2042 and all the other disastrous games, such as PayDay 3 (8 months old build.. yeah right). This game comes out in what, 3-4 months? Their other problem is that there are other racing games on the market that look superior and run better on many different PC configurations. I'd rather just play Forza than this but that's just me. This video is with frame gen. On native it runs much worse. DLSS also does absolutely nothing so I just used DLAA for this video. The game has no ray tracing, yet it runs much worse than Forza which has ray tracing and even using extreme ray tracing - ruclips.net/video/Q_OcC0lXAkA/видео.html
On a i7-4790K and ASUS GTX 1070 Ti I can play on 1080p resolution with FSR on Ultra Perforcamne with everything on LOW. I hope the final version is optimized becaus the majority don't have a high-end PC with i9 and 4090
Alan Wake 2 update 1.1.0 notes - www.alanwake.com/story/alan-wake-2-update-notes/ Forgot to show the settings on this one. They're the same as the last video I made on this game - everything maxed out (minus the film grain) ruclips.net/video/oqRBuVJ1kVE/видео.htmlsi=rsRPHYbWHnDNR9tt&t=91
The performance seems to be improved over the base game.
@@thomaseruchie1262 Does appear to be running slightly faster in the forest.
For a preview, I would always expect showing the game in full quality, which is nice in DLAA.
I usually use DLAA when testing native (as long as it's available, which is not always the case). They run about the same.
24:38 ..that palm tree🤔
I hit a curb at ~60 km/h and my car flipped two times in the air 😂 This game should release later imo..
How tf do you get 260+ fps in ked bardu (without ray tracing). I also have a 4090 paired with a 5800x3d. With same settings i get only about 180 fps at that location. With ray tracing enabled its about 60 fps in most towns. I see that you oced your gpu, but that cant make that much of a difference. Might it be the RAM? Since im on AM4 I only have DDR4 3200
RAM speed helps a lot in games that are CPU heavy (towns etc). Also, some games don't care about 3D cache, so the Intel clock speed + the highly tuned RAM would be ahead for sure. No idea if Diablo 4 cares about 3D cache, haven't looked much into the game.
lol, the Mustang gt in this game sounds a lot like a hemi
More more more...keep em coming boss❤😂
Please do more with longer durations like 30+minutes 🙏🏼 😢❤
Usually I upload 30 minutes (or around there) videos but on new game releases 15-20 is better because it takes significantly less time for the video to become 4K.
@FrozburnYT ok... longer content in the future then...probably aroung the 1hr mark?...like akor777 another youtuber currently streaming tdusc but only on significantly lower graphics and a little less skilled...but still entertaining tho👌🏽
@@D.N521I prefer to upload videos that are 15 to 30 minutes long instead of 1+ hours because RUclips takes significantly less time to transcode shorter videos. It's a benchmark channel after all. I just try new things and share the results. If longer videos is something you like, I suggest watching playthroughs for the game you're interested in. I usually watch those (the 10+ hour versions)
@@FrozburnYT aight then...hopefully someone does it for this game🙏🏼
I have a similar spec PC and despite reading 100 fps at times it still plays like it's at a constant 30 fps in 4K?
I hope this is only like 20% of the final product ! The game needs work on basically everything... It's decent enough for a demo, but it ends there
It wont, they release in couple of moths, they have change to do some tweaks. This is the game, another mediocre one
@@andipajeroking Hey, I still have a little bit of hope left. A few months of polishing and mastering might be what it needs for the game to be good. Let's cross our fingers !
On the demo it literally reads "Early demo build does not represent the final game" !!!
@@MagicAyrtonforeverare you new in gaming? The game will not change drastically and that is a fact. There are a lot, a lot to fix and improve
Oh, by the way, does anyone know if the demo is out of maintenance mode yet?
What do you mean by that?
@@FrozburnYT when I was playing it yesterday, at one point in the afternoon, it went into maintenance mode and I couldn't play...and it was like that for a while...I know I wasn't the only one either as I had been on Reddit and alot of people had came across it.. I haven't been on today, but from what I see from RUclips, my guess is it's back online
Has anyone else found that the VRAM usage bar is a whole lot of crock???? Apparently it needs basically 16gb for 4k, dlss balanced and high settings except for ultra textures and car detail.....yet my 3080ti plays it absolutely fine....which obviously is only 12gb VRAM..... The VRAM useage in general seemed really off tbh....really off
If you're talking about that bar in the menu, I'd just ignore it. I'm tracking the correct sensor on my overlay, that's the true VRAM usage.
Amayzing game on amayzing PC 👌 Nice video bro 💪
Car sounds are nice, but some cars sound very bad and gear shifts are very slow and simple. I hope they increase the sound a little more or we can add and adjust the exhaust to the vehicle and increase the vehicle sound even more.
Using DLAA instead of DLSS because DLSS gives 0 FPS. If anything, you lose FPS with it. 0:55 : Settings 1:20 : 4K DLAA + Frame Generation Ultra Settings
missing about 100 fps to be what I'd consider playable graphically speaking, it looks no better than most racing games from the last decade
They have a lot of work to do, that's for sure.
~60fps "Unplayable!" Jesus fucking Christ PC gamers, pull your vibrating mouse out of your asshole and learn to like things again
Do you only play games at 160fps at 4k? 😮

You don't have to enter ships by sailors, you just get the loot? Seems a bit of flat game play to me for a quadruple A game.

I don t understand how do you reach this fps. I have as well an rtx 4090 and barely reach 70 fps with path tracing on. How do you do this? I as well has pure dark fs3 enabler
Have you overclocked your RAM? It helps a lot in CPU heavy games like this one.
@@FrozburnYT mmm honestly no but i don t know if it can explain a difference of 30 fps on the same graphic card. Can I ask your preset of graphic suite ? Thanks !
@@francescoaudino9153Not sure why you're getting much less, RAM definitely helps tho. What do you mean by graphic suite? Let me know and I'll try to help.
@@FrozburnYT maybe you re not using graphic suite mod to increase path tracing quality. are you using only re framework path tracing? anyway thanks for the help
I just realized, that your PC is not a PC. It's a custom monster. Do you have somewhere picture of it?
I had some pictures of the Apex board and the MO-RA3 420 uploaded in the description (older videos). It's nothing special visually, just an open case core X9 (modified in the middle). Might make a youtube short about it since a few people have asked for it before.
If this game had path tracing, then we would talk. Thats the worst RTX implementation Ive seen and Ive seen a lot of useless RT modes.
It's quite disappointing indeed.
Your 4090 averaged around 80-90 FPS at native 4K max settings with RT. The RT in this game isn't even that heavy compared to other games. It should be running at 100+ FPS all the time, or at least most of the time. Dragon's Dogma 2 looks decent. The graphics aren't phenomenal, though. I could understand this game running at lower FPS if it had amazing graphics with a bunch of RT effects. That's not the case, though. It's taking them ridiculously long to release a performance patch that should iron out all the performance issues.
They have a lot of work to do performance wise. The fact that they haven't done anything yet tells me they don't care, doubt they'll do anything sadly. At least I got the game for free from my friend. We'll see, maybe they'll surprise us.
@@FrozburnYT They better fucking do something considering we pay for these games. There is no way they can get away with charging gamers and not bother fixing any bugs.
Hi, did you have some stuttering during a whole gameplay? I mean randomly for milisecond a 0.1%low drops, which you can feel.
Been a long time since I recorded this. You can tell by the frametime graph if it has any bad stuttering. If you see small bumps in the frametime graph, that's not really stuttering. Just how it shows there, you don't feel that. Stuttering would show up like the big spike here at the loading screen 20:15
А че задержка такая маленькая? У меня после включения до 40 сразу поднимается.
What delay are you talking about?
they've really improved the optimisation !! still not perfect but this should have been how it launched as a starting point lol. The game might have done better if they didn't have to rush it out. i might get it and see how it runs on my setup lol
Definitely runs better than before. I'm using the Game Pass version, you can give it a try there.
@FrozburnYT already downloading :D haha as soon as I saw this video I thought I'd give it a try. Wasn't expecting it to be a big download though. My internet speed isn't great so could take awhile lol. It's a real shame the devs got shut down for the higher ups decisions, if they had more time they could of made a decent game. It looks OK now, probably still not a great game but I'm keen to try it now, where as all the technical issues it had earlier put me off it completely
The game does stutter from time to time. 0:19 : Settings 0:40 : 4K DLAA Epic Settings
Native looks better when you have DLAA enabled. DLAA is a much better version of TAA because it handles motion much better. DLAA is substantially better when it comes to shimmering, flickering, ghosting, and handling small meshes like wires. While TAA gets rid of most jaggies, it causes a lot of blurriness when doing so. With DLAA, there is much less bluriness, and it also gets rid of most jaggies. It's also better than DLSS because it has more information to work with since, with DLAA, you are rendering at the native resolution. With DLSS, you render the game at a lower resolution and then upscale it to a higher resolution, so that will always have some sort of reduction in image quality because there are fewer pixels on the screen, meaning there is less information to work with due to rendering at a lower resolution.
I have had some poor results with DLAA in some games where DLSS happens to be bad (ghosting) which usually means DLAA suffers from the same. Overall it's pretty good.
To bad that the mod makes all shadows static, instead of reflecting the trees movement with the wind the shadow is just stuck in place.
idk how, but I got 80-85 fps in the same area with a 3080ti , also 4k, dlss on quality all settings on ultra, only anti aliasing on high ... wtf
Game is just broken, barely using the GPU. You can see how it runs here from 9 months ago ruclips.net/video/aWXUSZPSjNw/видео.html
As someone who has a 4090 and has played countless games with ray tracing... This has to be the one game where there really is no difference at all apart from slightly more accurate shadows.

"i am greg, Commander of the invading vulgus forces".. Who even says that,, and why such a garbage name that completely kills the moment,, The commentary is trash in this game, so i dont have any high hopes for decent story telling, just looks like another Outriders RIP OFF but much worse.
Haven't looked into this game but maybe it's made by a small studio that is new at this. Sucks that I've lost around 40 FPS and there's still far too much loot on the ground. Less is more.
I have an artifact using DLSS 3, in the bottom right corner on top of the bow indicator there is a squiggly line while moving.
How Did you manage to achieve ‘full screen’?
Check Nexusmods for Hellblade 2, there's a few mods on there. You can copy paste the lines in your config file.

How put together Fallout 4 HD Overhaul and Vivid Fallout - All in One
I'm the last guy to ask this tbh. I just started this game, no idea what I'm doing. Just downloaded some mods after checking what people suggest on Reddit.
this game was delivering 60 fps on gtx 970 ultra settings 1080p.
I still have the ASUS GTX 970. Going strong!
Great game bro, i finish that game 4 Times
Played some of it before, just came back to it. Will finish it in the next couple of days, I'm liking it so far.
@@FrozburnYT a litle spoiler, you Will remember gladiator 😁😁 i cant say more 😎
@@dalheplay Love that movie. Gladiator 2 is apparently coming out in 2024 as well.
This game looks incredible without the help of ray tracing, and it was made back in 2013/2014. Just goes to show you how important good art direction is. 2:20 : Settings 2:41 : 4K Native Very High Settings
Great video, thanks.
This video showed me, i really have to change my cpu ( I7 8700K 4.6 ghz ). It runs around 70 - 90 % all the time with framerate capped ! Yours is only 20%.... What a difference. But i don't still get why this game is so demanding, it doesn't make sense... Your performances are awesome :)
You'll see a significant boost to your FPS and smoothness when you upgrade the CPU. At this point I would wait for the next X3D chips, or Intel's new CPU generation.
Such a nice looking game. 1:53 : Settings 2:27 : 4K Native Ultra Settings
