Having played both games with my two buddies, I'll say that the first one's are maps feels way bigger, distance. Remnant 2 I just 100% with the latest dlc, I was blown away by the lighting using the nanites. Completed the whole game in performance mode and just switch to graphics to enjoy the lightings 😅
Yes I agree the maps for the original worlds are a lot bigger with more areas that can be rolled into a playthrough. Pus you have the 2 story lines with the original map. The way I look at it with this DLC is that its another story quest line for Losomn and I believe the other 2 will be for Yaesha and N'reud. The atmosphere in the DLC is good with the lighting. Thank for watching.
Played the first one and still haven't neat the 2nd one yet bit imo there both masterpieces. I hope they bring back a gamemode they had in remnant from the ashes which i cant remember the name of
@@OnlyBossFIghts66 level design was better in many way; there was lot less random elements which made you have to replay the game a lot less often to get what you were looking for.
@eumeliovazquezjr1630 but isn't that the point of the game I had to do the yasesha wolf and doe 4 times just for the final boss rewards and felt a sense of achievement each time
@@OnlyBossFIghts66 the way the first game used randomness was better because it was a lot less. In this game it is so much to the point that it is just lazy game design. Instead of doing more events or another world they just make it more random to artificially make the game longer
@@OnlyBossFIghts66 and also one big horrible change was the traits system. In the first one it was up to 1000 levels but here it is up to 85 now. Do you know how quickly you can be max out and yet have so much more to do. Especially if you want to collect everything. It feels like you’re playing the game for no real reason after you max out.

Oh cool more game modes the better. What is the game mode called if you know it?
I think this game is worse than the first in a few ways.
