Shouldn't be to hard to source out the parts. Just need some reinforced black silicone turbo hose connectors and some intake extensions to relocate the air filters. Just my 2 cents.....
You should've tried intakes w/o BOVs. I hesitated to even put on the BOVs with just how good those injen intakes breathe at full spool. But the HKS bov temptation got me too in the end lol 👍
The only true aftermarket cold air intakes are the Afe Takeda Momentum right now. The SSR looked cool, but apparently they weren't well made, didn't fit well, ect. Either way, they don't make them anymore regardless. The big ass wing on your stinger is growing on me!

I have the 2022 G70 (same 3.3TT engine), I guarantee you those don't give you +20whp. It can give 20/25 at the crank like they show on the Dyno sheets, but Maybe 7 avg and 10whp on it's best day with the right weather. The factory airbox is built well and a lot of after market intakes use the front grill collectors (or ram air) as well as the stock box, so you don't end up pulling a lot of hot air from the engine bay. Unfortunately Injen isn't one of them which is probably what the guy selling them is changing to (unless he's just selling the car). I bet it would reach 10+whp if you had them enclosed pulling outside air with the collectors connected to a box. The easiest way is to take a piece of cardboard and make a similar template to the factory box. Then get a sheet of aluminum and make a box, with custom fitting for the filter and collectors. You can reference some other ones so they'll fit the Injen "Ram Horn" style intakes, really you just need to cover the filter. For examples look at AEM, K&N, Stillen, BMS, etc. You can see the cut out rectangle for the grill collectors. This will do a lot for these intakes, and super easy to make a box out of aluminum sheet from Home Depot. If you don't want to weld it then add a small tab to the outlines where you can drill bolt holes. After you bend the sheet you can line up the tab and drill a hole in the box section to keep it together. I hope this helps.

They improve function as well. They're necessary when you're increasing the boost on your car, don't want to damage the turbo with too much pressure buildup, especially on a stock turbo. The throttle response is more precise as well IMO.

Bro go to lap 3 for a ecu and tcu tune you won’t regret it. Best tuning company for these cars, reliable and consistent power, it’s pricy but you gotta pay to play. Plus youll get the most power with those tunes without blowing anything.
@@DARKRISE damn unfortunately the k5s have an issue of blowing up just cuz of the manufacturer defect, I could guarantee you would have got a new engine under warranty with Kia, but how did ksr hold up? Is the power and reliability consistent now?
@@DARKRISE I haven't heard of KSR tuning the 3.3T - Do they do both ECU and TCU? Lozic out of South Korea makes awesome 3.3T ECU/TCU tunes with lots of flexibility to have it the way you want at half the price of Lap3
I’ve been tuned with lap 3 for over 30k miles and haven’t had a single problem with it, reliable and consistent on power, if I had a stinger I would go with them they have ecu and tcu tunes @slip angle, ksr doesn’t have the tunes they actually tried getting that info from lap3 to make the tunes😂
Isn't that more of a warm air intake as it's just taking the hot air in the engine bay under the hood and throwing that back into the engine ? 🤔 it sounds OK 👍

Should have left the air ducts, so you could still get the air flow from the front. Unless the filter is to big, then I understand why you removed the ducts.

Air goes straight from the air duct and hood vents into the intakes. But Will be using a ADDW1 HEAT SHEILD to help with heat aswell 💯💯

No tune needed. Cat delete or inner cooler setup then in that case youll need a tune.
