Coffee and tea are some of the most important things to get organic. By design, they cannot be thoroughly washed prior to sale and that means you will likely be brewing pesticides into your drink. Pesticides like round-up which have been shown beyond a doubt to contribute to cancer, but are still legal to sell in the US because of the massive lobbying done by the food and chemical industries. It should be criminal 😥. Glad you and your wife are staying safe.
Get you some goats :) look up the benefits of goat milk, they are very easy to raise. Chickens also for eggs (I heard a rumour that tractor supply feed decreases egg production we have 15 chickens no eggs for 5 months, I switch to southern states feed and now I'm getting eggs) some rabbits for meat they are very easy :) idk might be something people would like to see :)
Ducks too have great eggs :) my wife worked a deal out at the nail salon 12 duck eggs she gets a full set put on the works for free lol your wife might like that idea lol :)
This has been happening to me a lot lately. I have to sit in the bathroom with a little bit coming out because of said stomach problems. I don't know about the lactose intolerant thing yet because of whether I have processed cheese, I get sick. Maybe I'll try organic cheese and organic milk because I may not be lactose intolerant.
Good info! Organic is the way to go, primarily USDA certified organic because if I recall correctly, they have to follow more strict guidelines like the exclusion of GMOs. If it just has an ordinary organic label, it may not actually be organic. Also movies today especially on Netflix seem to be very dark and anti-Christian so to speak. Keep the great tips coming! 👍
I try to buy organic as much as possible. I hate how expensive it can be though. Someone told me try organic eggs because eggs make me horribly ill. So sick though that I don’t even want to risk organic eggs. Only in concentrated forms though…mixed in Im fine.

I work in my budget with organic foods but I can’t get them all unfortunately

My family has always had home cooked meals and eaten together but some cultures are different
