  • This is a medium-paced yoga session, you will need a yoga block or a thick book to use as a support prop during the yoga flow. The session begins in Sukhasana that will allow you to ground yourself and alleviate the stress. This session includes asanas like Trikonasana, Parsvakonasana and Kati Parivartanasana that improves the mobility and flexibility in the neck muscles. The Anulom Vilom pranayama towards the end of the session helps in relieving stress and deal with anxiety. In today's session, you will,
    - increase the flexibility in the spine
    - stimulate the functioning of the abdominal organs
    - develop muscle strength and stamina
