  • This is a medium-paced yoga session. The stretches at the beginning of the session will help you warm up the body for the yoga flow. This session includes asanas like Paschimottanasana, Bhujangasana, Pawanmuktasana and Dhanurasana that help massage the Thyroid gland and help control the production of hormones in the gland.
