Fascinating! I've kidney stones, and massive amounts of lemon juice (watered down of course) along with K and Mg citrates are prescribed for kidney stones, in part because the two liters of water used to wash it down increases frequency and volume, necessary to dissolve the stones. This includes helping stones to pass through a partially constricted urethra due to BPH.

Thanx for the information. I have an enlarged prostate. I do not take any drink except water. But during the night I wake up a lot depending on how much I have taken. If I take about six normal glasses before bed I end up going to the bathroom about three or four times. Should I leave drinking water as well?
In regard with alcohol, kafeine, carbonated beverages and acidic juices this guy tells how to avoid symptoms, not the cause. Frequency of urination is a symptom, not a cause. So these have nothing to do with BPH. The things to avoid to have an effect to the cause are dairy products, sugar, soya and anything that directly or indirectly amplifies estrogen.. There seems to be a bit similarities to BPH and diabetes. To avoid overweight and anything to do with insuline ampification seem to be trendy claims now for to reduce the risk of BPH.
I drink Lemon juice and Honey in Green Tea every morning with Porridge Oats for breakfast, in the belief that these are good and healthy foods and drinks. I do have an enlarged Prostate but nothing seems to alleviate or worsen the symptoms.

Something else that's related to urination (but not about drinks) is you need to keep your body temperature from becoming too cold. If you're really cold, your body will constrict its blood vessels to keep heat centered around your internal organs. When this happens, your blood pressure rises and that sends a signal to the kidneys to urinate. This is also why diuretics are often prescribed for high blood pressure.
Mike K: I agree with you. The approach he uses is nearing too restrictive for my choice of life. How about enjoying in moderation red wine with food, and citrus fruits that have many benefits and helps immune, the known benefits of coffee in moderation and the enjoyment of life keeping you more alert and awake when you expressly need it. We are body, mind and spirit and all need their appropriate nurture and "foods"... and just excluding some of the foods that helps make wholeness a harmonious living within is good in my view and approach to life and living a good life.

As someone on a keto diet, I've learned that when I add lemon juice to my water, the citrate acid in lemons helps to reduce the formation of kidney stones since a keto diet emphasizes protein-rich foods.
This is why one of the most common phrases you hear today----->"Experts are dumbfounded". Because so many experts have the degree but absolutely NO EXPERIENCE. When I was a kid my dad told me there are 2 classifications in this field, 1. Expert--definition? A spurt that didn't make it. 2. Professional, this means nothing, today due to the internet, you can become a professional in almost any field, all it takes is a 3 to 6 month course to prove you can grasp the definition of "Professional", Oh and just a little money for the book.
On other channels which deal with BPH, they say you should use drinks/foods which stimulate urination as that evacuates the bladder and purges the body of toxins. They also encourage consumption of Vitamin D which is often found in dairy products. I am also addicted to caffeine and could never stop drinking coffee. In the past I tried to do so but suffered wicked headaches and light headedness. Will drinking a smaller cup of coffee be advisable for someone like me?
I think when I get sick, drinking these foods only does not make the illness worse. It is not possible to stop it. The effective way of curing and treating this disease is of course impossible to just drink such oranges, lemons ... like that.

FTS !
There is a whole sequence involving olive oil , lemons and apple cider vinegar to get rid of stones ... pretty quickly ...
baking soda also

In another video, you recommend green tea as being good for BPH. So, what is it?
Thanks for your useful information👍
What about decalf coffee, and green tea.
Dont, don't, don't! Don't live! It makes little sense JJ Medicine. No, I prefer to live in moderation in life... and avoiding non overall enjoyment of life. If everything is irritation to some part of the body and if MAY worsen prostate, so be it. The trade-off with a decent enjoyment of life is not a good approach in my book of life. OK to disturb for few wake ups at night to stop resorting a wholesale of foods in moderation to enjoy my life. Have a good healthy life with your lifestyle and approach to medicine. Mine is somewhat is different selected to balance my life... keeping it to serve my own attitude towards my own life.
There is no record of a fish with enlarged prostate. 😄
What about moderation in beer and coffee ?🍻☕😊
I have noticed that beer is the worst drink you can have for your prostate.
I would like more videos that I can use please specified what to eat or drink for a healthy prostate. What to eat and drink its very urgent I Thank You.
I find that tea and water (beer is 90%water) is way more dieuretic than wine. Perhaps this doctor can explain what fun there is in life without coffee and without alcohol?
How do we abstain the most popular common drinks ?
Simple, will power and common sense!

I will still use lemon juice, there are just too many benefits. And as another person said, lemon stops being acidic as soon as it metabolizes in the body.
Quit / reduce sugar intake, this will help prostate issues too, especially with regards to cancers of all kinds.
You have spoken Bro. I still believe in good quantity of lemon juice.
I need to do this
Better avoid for now so the Prostate shrinks and the partner does not complain of lack of performance. Once it shrinks, then the flagpole can rise again, just like my Doctor Uncle had. Now my Aunt is really happy.
Thanx for the information. I have an enlarged prostate. I do not take any drink except water. But during the night I wake up a lot depending on how much I have taken. If I take about six normal glasses before bed I end up going to the bathroom about three or four times. Should I leave drinking water as well?
6 glasses of water is like flooding your stomach. There is a video on how best to drink water.
You are absolutely spot-on: treat causes not symptoms!
I think moderation is the key.
Green tea is good for the prostate!
The problem for me is that I don’t like the taste of green tea
@@trevinormandy14520 Taste means nothing to me when I'm trying to get healthy. Put a little stevia in it and it will taste better.

I drink Lemon juice and Honey in Green Tea every morning with Porridge Oats for breakfast, in the belief that these are good and healthy foods and drinks. I do have an enlarged Prostate but nothing seems to alleviate or worsen the symptoms.
@@nickybritain4900 My health guru says not to eat much porridge or oats because they are contaminated with gmo's. Quakers oats tests show contamination. He also told me not to drink matcha because it it loaded with floride. I drink a green and black combo that has been tested.
Is there anything we can drink? Water makes me pee a lot also. You didn't ban bleach or gasoline. Soooo, maybe I can drink those. Right?
Peeing gets rid of toxins.

What about the medicine the Doctor gives me to get water out of my body. It makes me go more and more?
I am approaching 92years, I have always avoided eating anything sugary, including drinks. When I was young I ate and drank whatever I fancied because I burnt energy at a high rate. Now I can miss meals without any problem , I don’t eat according to the clock. I don’t like drinking water but you have to realise it is essential to good health, but I only drink filtered water. I have replaced tea, to which I was addicted by herbal teas, especially ones with ginger.
You need good genes for long life. Did you all know that diarrhoea is hereditary, it runs in your jeans, cheers!

Very much useful information 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Can water be consumed ? Maybe you forgot to mention to avoid it as well?
As someone on a keto diet, I've learned that when I add lemon juice to my water, the citrate acid in lemons helps to reduce the formation of kidney stones since a keto diet emphasizes protein-rich foods.
Exactly lemon juice help desolve kidney stones
Unfortunately for someone with a stoma, citrus fruits are forbidden.
This is very good to no THANK YOU very important

Where is your peer-reviewed research on your claims? What quilifications do you have to make these claims?
He should identify himself if he is a medical practitioner.
I'm searching the globe for a study that proves that beer is good for me!
Glad you explained what’s alcohol, had no idea
No more liquid after 6pm
Thanks for the knowledge
What’s left to drink?
Thank you for the information
Tender coconut water, buttermilk, radish juice about 30ml, twice a week on empty stomach best treatment and relief.
Have you tried these and they work?
Will get relief, it works, if one avoids foods that triggers the problem.
I say just be sinceable and drink all things in Moderation.Enjoy Life unless somethings really hurting You.
I think when I get sick, drinking these foods only does not make the illness worse. It is not possible to stop it. The effective way of curing and treating this disease is of course impossible to just drink such oranges, lemons ... like that.
All these are to be avoided as they increase urination and irritate the urinary system , does this cure bph? Is there a cure?????????????????
WHAT THE HELL CAN WE DRINK? PISS OR IS THAT BAD?...🤔
I had a 12mm bladder stone, I completely got rid off it after 6 weeks of lemon juice treatment, 3 times a week 3 or 4 lemon's juice added their grated skin saved me, did not have to have an operation..
Simple solution, but over dosage may cause infection.
Some doctors advised to drink coffee in limitation n it will help to prevent prostate cancer but some are against it...so pl.clarify it.

After deducting what were mentioned, we have not much choice, so only drink water. Ha ha....
One thing you don’t have to worry about, when you hit 75 years of age , you don’t have to take any more PSA tests . It’s not required. I eat and drink whatever I want but I do it in moderation. I have BPH and see a urologist annually. Your kidneys love water so keep drinking it . What’s the big deal if you piss more often ?
If you have to get up three, four or five times a night to urinate, then it is a big deal because you loose quality sleep
@@MrCljp24 I’m 78 yrs old and I don’t get what you call quality sleep, haven’t for the last twenty years . Just him and I in his boat and plenty of fish . We would catch a couple of hours sleep when we got back in early morning just before sun up . He’s a few yrs older than me and didn’t care much for quality sleep . We figure they’ll come a time when he or I will go to sleep and get all the sleep we need .
Damn, seems like a lot of people hate drinking water. Two days ago I was telling my mom that water is my favorite thing to drink. Growing in Jamaica we would always shake up a soda to release the gas before drinking. I was surprised to find that Americans find that strange. What is the right to do? Dr. Berg said that fruits like oranges, grapefruit, lemon juice is good for enlarged prostate. Why there’s a different concept when it comes to reduce enlarge prostate?
If you listen to doctors, they have never helped me, I don’t take medication , except eye drops prescribed by doctors; I am now blind in one eye. You can be lucky but usually they give conflicting advice.
Gotta remember everybody is different and one thing or things does not fit for everybody.

According to a study in Australia, tea is not diuretic and in fact helps in absorption of water.
After that I need a drink
When you say avoid tea. Are you saying all types of tea? Green tea, lemongrass tea. Or just the regular teas with milk ?
Good video 👍👍
In simple words,
DO NOT DRINK LIQUID!!!
because any liquid increases either volume or frequency of urination or both!
Wow, you mean if you drink more you'll pee more? Who knew?
Drink liquid in moderation. Kidney cleanser may also cleanse prostate, but avoid sour drinks in this case.
