I struggled with prostate issues for years, dealing with pain and having to go to the bathroom all the time. I tried many different treatments, but nothing helped. Then I found a simple solution that didn’t require anything complicated. It worked almost right away! The pain went away, I stopped waking up so much at night, and I finally felt better. I can’t post it here but it’s on my channel.

I’m suffering from long covid. My erections are not strong anymore and I haven’t had morning wood in almost 3 years. I’m searching for a solution to this problem, I will try these exercises. I wish everyone here good luck on their health journey.

Guys it's all about improving blood flow to prostate and yoga is just one of many ways. Go for at least 30min walks, as you watch TV lie down and do bycicle movements! cut back on alcohol. It works

I tried to do the exercises but could not manage to do the last one as I am arthritic. In doing the initial exercises I felt a release of pent up stress and gained some flexibility. My hope is that will shrink my prostrate and give me bladder relief which is something us guys over 70 all need.

I find it hard to do all the excercises , very painful on my joints. I cannot do the prper position but i will still continue doing this everyday hoping someday i will do better and shrink my prostate.

I'm an old man. 76 years old. I was hoping for something I could do for my enlarged prostate. It's obvious that a fine young man can twist his body in all these positions.
But it is unimaginable to think most of us could possibly even come close to replicate any of this.
@@davidnovicki2416 -do what you can and then see your improvement. Latest studies show seniors can rebuild muscle similar to the young.

C'mon older folks, with yoga you start where you are and move toward what you can do. Three of these I started a couple years ago as part of another practice and they just get easier as you do them each day. 66 years old BTW.
I literally couldn't have gotten my body into most of those poses when I was in kindergarten. The chances are zero at age 71. But I do appreciate him helping those who might be able to do it.

Dear this last position is one of position that is compulsory in Namaz ( Muslim prayers) and repeat ed minimum 17 times during 5 times prayers.

Thanks a lot Brother for your advice. I am aged 68 years and my body is not that flexible. I also have trouble in squatting comfortably. I have had heart operation and its now okay, but the Cervical spondalitis is a big nagging. However Shall try this out from today. Buts its really goingto be bit tough. I have BPH. At my most recent appointment, my urologist recommended pelvic stretches. Months ago I found this video and practiced these techniques, but gradually stopped doing them. I'll have to start again. I'm trying avoid surgery, and the most obvious and simple interventions are nutrition and exercise. Or for this malady, stretches.

It should be our regular routine.
