Guys it's all about improving blood flow to prostate and yoga is just one of many ways. Go for at least 30min walks, as you watch TV lie down and do bycicle movements! cut back on alcohol. It works
Sukhasana for me its difficult because of my hips. The last pose is the one a use for meditation and it is nice to know it helps prostate too. Thank you so much!

I find it hard to do all the excercises , very painful on my joints. I cannot do the prper position but i will still continue doing this everyday hoping someday i will do better and shrink my prostate.

I have had heart operation and its now okay, but the Cervical spondalitis is a big nagging. However Shall try this out from today. Buts its really goingto be bit tough. I'm an old man. 76 years old. I was hoping for something I could do for my enlarged prostate. It's obvious that a fine young man can twist his body in all these positions. But it is unimaginable to think most of us could possibly even come close to replicate any of this.

C'mon older folks, with yoga you start where you are and move toward what you can do. Three of these I started a couple years ago as part of another practice and they just get easier as you do them each day. 66 years old BTW.
I literally couldn't have gotten my body into most of those poses when I was in kindergarten. The chances are zero at age 71. But I do appreciate him helping those who might be able to do it.
