Fantastic explanation! I really appreciate how you broke down the signs and symptoms of an enlarged prostate, especially differentiating between benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer. The clear visuals and step-by-step description of how the prostate’s growth affects urination were incredibly helpful. It’s also great that you touched on the more serious warning signs related to prostate cancer, like unexplained weight loss and back pain.
Thanks for these RUclips videos regarding Enlarged Prostate. I am 72 years old and have most if not all the symptoms mentioned here. I have been to Several Urologists, every time coming out totally confused. None of the Dr’s I have been to have explained in such simple language and in details that I could really understand, like your videos have done. And also the information about food to eat and the one’s to avoid etc is so helpful. The Dr’s seem to either totally ignore the life style changes or natural remedies or downplay them. Their focus is just on medications and surgeries. Your videos have made a big difference in my understanding, which is a major first step in healing. thank you. thank you. thank you.

53 yrs old, I have had all these symptoms over the last 5 plus yrs,, the scariest being the urinary retention which landed me in the ER twice. My urologist gave me quick Catheters and I have had to use them a few times to prevent going to the ER. Alcohol seems to be the main culprit when this happens however the symptoms occur even sober. It is well established that dairy intake is linked to prostate enlargement, and an increased risk of cancer. Why this is not more widely known I cannot understand. My PSA number was too high and I was advised to cut all dairy from my diet and return six months later for a re-check. I did, and not only had the rising PSA stopped rising, it had reduced by 16%. That may not sound particularly exciting, but to to see an alarming problem reverse itself was reassuring to me and my doctor. It appears that estradiol and progesterone in milk, cream, butter and cheese are likely the problem, encouraging uncontrolled growth of prostate cells.

Well explained. What is the solution? Is there medication? What causes the prostate to enlarge or is it only changing hormones.
Hormones are a major reason for the prostate along with diet.
Im scared
I pee frequently and I feel like when I pee theres still some left, but its not coming out, im scared to telll my parents, what can I do to possibly treat an "enlarged prostate" At home without telling my parents
@@evansseo7460 just stay calm and speak to them. You'll be fine
@@evansseo7460 ,,, Very unlikely you have an enlarged prostate. You may have a BLADDER infection or even a urinary tract infection. Nothing to worry about but you need an antibiotic from your doctor.
Eat healthy and avoid sedentary lifestyle. Prostate grows in case of non-alcoholic and alcoholic fatty liver disease, obesity and diabetes, all this diseases are mainly caused by too much sugar, white flour, carbonated drinks, processed red meat and processed fatty dairy like too much cheese and fatty milk, clean your gall bladder and bowel from toxic metabolites by eating fruits and vegetables and drinking enough water. Read more about insulin resistance, hyperinsulinemia and metabolic syndrome, they are alot to do with these problems. Good luck

What about slow urine flow for a 20 year old? How to fix it?
Hello JJ Medicine
What cause of prostate
I have some but not all those symptoms. My urologist prescribed Flomax and Propecia. Used it two days and I am like WTF! Had terrible side effects. Stuffy nose, and sexual issues. Urine flow was ok. Don’t know what to do. I feel like all they want to do is drill!
does masturbation
(27 days in a month) can be causes prostate problem or cancer.
I’ve heard it’s the other way round. Lack of stimulation causes issues apparently.
what do you mean?
1:24 - y prostate enlarges?
2:45 - signs- hard peeing, strainin, evn significant straining. (3:41) - intermittent urine stream (or weak urine stream). Not flowing as easy. Can turn on n off. (4:32) - takes longr 2 pee because of weak urine stream. (5:53) - immediately aftr peeing, u hav 2 pee again.
Thanks a lot for the info
I'm 34. Urinary hesitancy, urgency, weak stream and on and off, burning sensation, post void dribbling. These symptoms happen often after ejaculation only. Not everytime. Been happening since my puberty. Is it normal??
