As a self-proclaimed aMSa fanboy, I have to say this match was beautiful to watch. The Yoshi-Bowser matchup metagame is practically nonexistent, so both players were doing an amazing job of feeling out each other's playing styles for the entire set. The beauty of watching aMSa play is that he's so creative and adaptive with pretty much anything his opponents throw at him. He's so calm when he plays, yet he manages to always look like he's having a lot of fun, and that's what I like about him. He can still have a great time with people who don't even speak his language, and I greatly respect that!
I'm also going to be following DJ Nintendo from now on, too. I loved his unique, fresh new Bowser playing style, and his facial expressions never cease to entertain me! I also appreciate how well he can take a loss, especially in the Salty Suite like that. Great game by both players!
Sadly, DJ Nintendo is not a Bowser main anymore :(

Yeah, try watching Project M, the matches are as good as in Melee and apparently the game is far more balanced, i rarely see any space animals or marth or any of the sorts because there's always someone picking something new different. Zelda, Ness, Bowser, DK, Lucario, etc.

This Salty Suite was infinitely better. I like the 21+ commentary and party setting better, it makes it actually funny. Sure SS 2015 was hype, but lacks replay value.

If aMSa has only been playing less than a year (probably a little over than a year by now), I can easily see him making it to top five in the future, which would make him the first ever to do so with a low tier character.

Amsa just got ranked #6 on the the MPGR, what a great prediction. (Yoshi isn’t considered low tier any more though).

aMSa just being really asian or is he capable of trolling at that level? Playing to win is universally accepted as good morale amongst all kinds of competitors....Praying to win, however, guaranteed to make for a brief moment of awkwardness before everyone just chalks it up as another weird aMSa quirk. Unless of course, the lines of elite competitive gameplay and Far East prayer can become indistinguishably blurred by a prophetic Red Yoshi? Either way, even it means accepting a giddy animated dinosaur as your diety, the world needs more aMSa's. He's gotta be doin something right.
I don't know for certain - but it seems Amsa might not know too much English, or not be confident enough to say much publicly. Usually Japanese people are fairly reserved when it comes to their own skill, so him saying that is a sign of confidence, where to most other nationalities, it's just a sign of good morale. But I could be totally off base - who knows~
That comment is what made me really realize that just because you don't speak a language well, doesn't mean you can't be smart or witty with it.
