Hey, if ur still doing the card thing, now that I'm thinking about it, idk the dates on these videos; if ur still doing the card intention thing, can u switch them around ??? Knowing what's where after awhile ... Like gives me anxiety as to where to look lol ...I just skip that part and make my own for now... I just love ur videos and how u explain each movie and muscle and how to feel and etc !!! Ur great !!!

You're supposed to step back with your left leg repeating everything on your left side before we begin again. It's more like a cycle instead of a right side, then left side. I can see how it would be easy to miss
