Wow that fighter plane tip on submarines is crazy. Guess I need to start reading the fine print more. Planes are the only thing in this game I still have a hard time understanding what to do with. Also, I had a question, you don’t seem to produce or use heavy tanks much. Compared to other units like cars and artillery. Is there a downside to using them that makes them really not worth producing? Great vid lots of good tips
Great question. In the late game when all my provinces have a target moral of 100 and I have sufficient artillery and air/sea dominance I will build tanks. But the game is usually over by then. Tanks are good but the moral of provinces is more important to me.
@@SquidSupremacy1914 I assume you say this because if you just focus on protecting artillery is more efficient to build armored cars in big quantities, at least until the very late game. Is that correct?
@@criskooo2802 Right, higher moral gets infantry out faster to protect the artillery. While also being above the 2400 resource upkeep every province has thus getting your more resources for tanks and such later and not having a bankrupt economy. Like Spain in the Solo Victory Challenge video. He over conquered and lost it all.
@@SquidSupremacy1914ok that’s makes a lot more sense. And to be honest that checks out. Any time I try to make heavy tanks early on I’m suffocating on resources. But not when I make other things

Hello again Mr. Squid but in another video, as you rightly say in the section When you are poorer than your enemy (Important). I have thought the same as the enemy you attack, my thought was to save what you can and take out troops with high damage or this line of thinking is wrong and it is better to buy lower quality troops and then accumulate and later when you have more resources and then buy the stronger troops? Because I instead of buying the normal tanks I have jumped straight to a heavy tank and other cases....and of course then I run short on resources.
With your tank example I do what you are suggesting. I build Calvary first and save the materials and energy to build up my industry. When industry is complete I pivot to tanks. Just remember this is a WW1 game so not having tanks in the early game is actually historically accurate. 🦑
Hey still confused about patrol or attack on a bomber. If a bomber on patrol, in an hour, does exactly the same damage than a bomber on attack (which will be once per hour I think??) whats the point? Doesnt it also mean you take more damage because you attack 4x in patrol means your bomber gets attacked by the defending troops 4 times rather than once per hour?? thanks
The patrol can keep going indefinitely where the single attack has to go back to refuel. The defenders from a patrol dish out reduced damage too. Just patrol first then single attack when you are done.
I thought that having an army bigger than 50 units is useless and not effective, but I see you attacking with such big armies. Can someone pls explain me this.
When two armies fight each other one has 50 the other 100 each side gives damage and troops are wounded and dead. One hour later another round of damage. And another hour and another etc until one army is gone. Your 50 stack won't be 50 after the first hour but the 100 stack will. Wounded troops also deal less damage so fresh is best. Good question and you aren't the first to ask so I'll write this down for a video 🦑
Nice. I have a question, if the enemy has let´s say 5 bombers patroling an area, what´s the best way to attack them? Send fighters to "attack" or send the fighters to patrol in the same area. I´m always confused about how this works and who wins and lose more
Well fighters should win against bombers. Just compare army attack and defense strength for air. I prefer to attack with fighters then patrol. If you are still in range they can chase the bombers.
Great video. Should I automatically fly a fighter behind my bomber and patrol the attack area? Just in case he tries to fly a fighter at it? Or do I need to wait and see if he attacks my bomber with a fighter and directly attack his fighter with my fighter? Thanks!
@@SquidSupremacy1914 oh thats great. So I can patrol ground units with 2 (example) of each plane in a stack, and if they send fighters at me, I can switch to "attack" the fighters? Thank you so much. You are the supremacy GOAT of youtube!
Hi, I just started playing, and i have a question: when you use the add target function, the fact that you leave no troops in the provinces you just conquered could lead to riots, right?
@@oveshnagori9792 cool I see it. The 225 is from my 8 bombers. I clicked the army panel and not the specific unit panel in that example. The army panel calculates every unit in that specific army including their moral so instead of 8 bombers times 30 damage being 240 it ended up being 225 because they are slightly hurt. Hope that helps 🦑
Right. They will go by truck if they can't fly. With the new zeppelin update your long term strategy is fighters being able to fly everywhere to counter the Zeppelins.
So attacking you do 100% of your nominal damage then go back to your base. Where patrol is 25% over and over again. Patrol on weak targets to decimate them. Normal attack when you cant afford to take some much return fire.

I would keep the air force all together! You can patrol attack with the whole air force if in range and change to direct attack while patrolling!

Yeah and more details can be found in the master class chapter rebellions.
Do patrolling fighters take damage if they are patrolling the sea or if they uncover a fort
Yes if they are at war with the other party!
Cam you make a video going over tanks and railguns?
Good idea I'll add it to the list 🦑
As you've shown in video that your bomber damages 225 but in my game the average damage is only 30 for bomber can you explain why it is so
A single bomber is 30. Timestamp the point so I can rewatch.

What do rally points mean
It is a premium feature that allows your unit just produced to move to the rally point. It's an okay feature.
