"I wish that's how people had designed programs for me and nobody ever did..." so he did it himself. Possibly the most engineer statement I've heard Mark make yet. Designing solutions that don't yet exist is engineering through and though. Also, discord link. 😁
Im going to buy this program soon, however in the C&P program there is a "perfect path" to follow. Does this program have the same? If not is what you are describing something that can be added?
Question : When someone finishes the kettlebell and club program for overweight people, what do you suggest as a continuation? Which program should be next?
Mark, excited to see how you think about progressing through a program. I look forward to picking up this program in the future. What volume cycle rep/set scheme would you suggest for Barbell movements (squat, deadlift, bench, row, etc)?
Mark I am a 67 year old former National class sponsored triathlete and have been working as a CPT since 2009. 5’8”/145lbs. I have been following you recently and have learned a lot. You have mentioned age ranges of 18-50? Do you suggest that older athletes avoid your program due to potential injury and overtraining? I use kettlebells, med balls, and landmines regularly for my own workouts and for my senior clients but not with the heavier loads you suggest. Your thoughts? Thanks, Steve
I have your intermediate kb program. It sounds like I could apply this approach as well as the linear progression laid out in it. It only has three levels. What is an example of a movement that would be considered level four? What weight differential would constitute a light/ heavy level 1? I do have the adjustable kbs.

This was gloriously nerdy.
Way cool! Love the neurological approach.
I just bloody *LOVE* these nerd math videos!!!
Program design at its nerdiest... PERFECT!
Cool idea! I am now curious to try something like that with other areas in my training to introduce variety into my workouts.
Love the nerdy math

Swings, or mill squat,
@@MarkWildman Thanks!
Damn, I thought retirement was going to be easy!
Could you do a video like this for your kettlebell swing program.

I’d lean then toward pure strength at 3 to 5
@@MarkWildman 3-5 reps until reaching 10 sets and then increase weight?

Just use lighter loads
Aging people need what everyone needs. To stand up, range of movement, and core stability
Nice board handwriting Mark. How I want a slam ball.

Just run the idea for 3 levels
When will the course be available?
Already is, check the video description for the link - listed as the new slam ball program.
Who else thought that was someone buried up to their neck in the thumbnail?
