    These breakdowns are excellent. Really help to broaden the scope of training options which helps fight burn out, at least for me. Going to have to steal this once my current routine is over.

    Thanks a lot for looking at my program. Cant say enough on how you've improved my health/physical ability.
    I'm excited to see future programs that you release.
    Curious on the slam ball program. Do you think Sandbag/backpack full of stuff would work as a replacement?
    going to be restricted soon with what I can workout with basically going to have the floor and a backpack for a few months.
    p.s I loved you got the last name right and the first name wrong. :)

      Very impressive program 😃 I can just barely train 3 days a week, with 2 Krav Maga lessons on top of that.

      @@Liam1991 Thank you. Luckly I'm in a place of my life where I can wake up at 5 to train early before work. But I can understand why that would be impractical for a good majority of people.

      Sandbag will work, backpack will probably bust seems or zippers

      Dan. I'm going to be running your program 🙏

      Dear sir. Some things about the program I fo not fully understand. May I ask you or Mark to give more about the ring pull up dip volume cycle? About the arc club work? I am just not too familiar and want to learn.

    This is so similar to my own programming of the last couple months, it's funny.

    • @delis4256
      @delis4256 2 года назад +1

      Yeah, I assume most programs are pretty similar in the mark wildman style.

    Good stuff! In my world, I would throw in some swimming. Just returned to the pool after a year’s break. Just two swims did wonders for the shoulders.

      I would too if it was available

      Surfing and Kitesurfing are the very reasons behind my training these days and it's amazing how therapeutic paddling a surfboard can be!

    Thanks for this, is this good for jiu jitsu or are there some other stuff to add on to it?

    Deloading: do you simply insert a one-week break, or do you rerun your last week again when you pick back up, or do you do something else?

    • @delis4256
      @delis4256 2 года назад +5

      I insert a one-week break and return to where the program left off.

      There‘s also the possibility of going for 60% of previous volume, keeping the weights the same. That’s how it’s often recommended in bodybuilding.

    • @jerryheath3887
      @jerryheath3887 2 года назад

      I am going to try this deloading week idea. Will it still achieve the purpose if I omit all KB and club work and just do week of easy walks, mobility and cooldown type yoga? I think I still need some type of activity to maintain my stress/anxiety management goals.

    • @scottmartin5492
      @scottmartin5492 2 года назад +1

      @@jerryheath3887 Active recovery stuff like that should be fine. I certainly wouldn't stop taking daily walks during a deload week.

    • @delis4256
      @delis4256 2 года назад

      @@jerryheath3887 I'll sometimes do snatches and swings during the week but at a relatively low volume. Ill also still do pushups and body weight calisthenics.

    Your videos compelled me to get into mace and kettlebells two years ago. But now I'm selling everything and moving into an RV, any recommendations on what to get? The hydrocore bag comes to mind...

    • @cucciafr68
      @cucciafr68 2 года назад +3

      Hydrocore is good. I suggest the adjustable bell and club.

    • @MarkWildman

      Adjustable bell for certain

    • @cucciafr68
      @cucciafr68 2 года назад

      I have a milk crate in the back of my car that I can put a kettle bell and about 2 clubs and it keeps them from rolling around.

    Cool breakdown and programme! Given one would want to fit snatches into this layout: Where would this be best or what would you substitute?

    Mark can you make a video explaining a heavy/light cycle for your nerd math swing program with adjustable kettlebells?

  • @jameslynn5681

    I would trade out the dips for ring push ups. Great program though.
