I was so confused with the pod not bursting or cleaning my dishes that I thought I was doing something wrong. You clearly showed that I was doing the right things. Your explanation on the normal or 1 hour setting and why I couldn't hit High Temp was very helpful too! Thanks for your help and I feel a lot better now about using my dishwasher! What a relief!

Sometimes I handwash dishes when I don’t have enough to run a cycle. I am noticing that my dishes are not getting dry “air dry” in the dishwasher like they did in my old one. Any suggestions or reasons why? Is there a way to just select heat dry?

Mine isn’t working:( i got it new and its the middle of the night and i had to hand wash all of the dishes because the lights are there but it doesn’t start :((

My lights never turn off when the cycle is done. Does that sound right? I’ve only had it 3 days

Thank you so much! I wasn’t used to this type of dishwasher because the one I have at home versus the Airbnb one, you have to have the door closed and then you select the options and then it will start. Thanks again!

How do I get the outside door of the dishwasher open? I don’t feel anything to push in as far like a latch or anything.

Isn't that little slot you put the pod in for liquid detergent? I was told by a dish washer repair guy to just throw the pods at the bottom of the machine.
