Hi Annie!!! Blessings to you and your family!! Unbelievable how you look fabulous post pregnancy! It shows that exercising pre and post pregnancy will keep the figure in balance. I only wish these workouts were in my time (now 59) when I had my two sons. Love your videos which keep me in check!!!

Yes, no excuses with these short but effective workouts, even with my difficult work schedule at the hospital. A bit sluggish today after a long shift, but still managed to push through day 4 of week 2 challenge.
The baby is getting big. 10 pounds in 7 weeks with chubby little cheeks. I love her so much. All these workouts are great for me now that I have limited time. I try to work it in while she is sleeping!
W o w. Just found this yesterday so on day 2 and my abs are soooore lol. I've been doing standing abs for months but u really don't get the same burn that u get with floor ... anybody else feel this? Or am I doing something wrong lol
