  • Arm Exercises For Seniors (Fitter in 5 - 5-Mins) | More Life Health
    Join me (Mike - Physiotherapist) for 5-minutes of arm exercises for seniors, aimed at helping strengthen those arms. This will make every day tasks, such as carrying groceries, much easier.
    For an even better arm workout, you can add in weights or resistance bands, or go through it two or three times.
    This video goes for only 5-minutes, and it's great for those times you're having trouble with motivation, or you're short of time.

    Hey Everyone! Here's a simple little workout to work those arms. Why not add it to the leg exercise video also. Let me know how you went and I'll get as many of these easy to follow, 5-minute exercise videos, as I can, out next week. Enjoy and keep moving! Mike

    Only meant to watch the video, but of course we ended up doing it, the wrist exercise was 'interesting' we both struggled with the down movement. Will keep trying though. Cheers. :}

    I’m an occupational therapist trying to find a video for a patient. I can’t seem to find any videos with longer rest breaks for breathing in between for my patients who become short of breath easily. Do you have any with longer breaks?

    This was awesome..I don't have to grab my 7 or 10 lbs dumbbells. This works just the same. Less painful.. thank you for this 😊

    Here's another exercise I had given a thumbs up to but never commented. This arm exercise is a regular one for me to which I also include weights to maximize its effects. Truly love it. It's easy but I can feel my arms truly working it!...Anastasia

    Great workout for the arms Mike! These short workouts are awesome especially when one has early morning appointments. Thanks for doing these workouts for us seniors!!
