So ashamed of my self. I can at least do these exercises without pausing them. My healthy body is starting to fail me just because of inactivity. I am going to be doing yours and getting stronger. I am only about to be 36 in a month and I suffer from POTs and need to be seated for most exercise now as I am trying to recondition myself after years of having this syndrome and I am now out of shape and can't keep up w anyone my age w typical workouts. I cant even hold myself up to do regular core workouts. Thank you so much for this channel. I hope I can get back in shape and reconditioned soon. Do these core workouts help flatten the stomach at all? Or just strengthen?

Depends on your level of fitness Barbara and what other exercises you are doing. Can work up to doing this once a day and even doing a few rounds of it
To lose weight in this area, takes more than just core exercises also Pat. But you're on the right track with the weight loss. Keep going! The belly is always the last place to lose fat.

I do 50 crunches and bridges every day but I can barely to the raise your knees up exercise . . . hmm

Core exercises are the hardest for me, but oh so necessary!

I enjoyed that but found that no way can I lift my knees up both at the same time. So I do just one knee at a time.
I had a THR two years ago and I have never recovered full mobility. Do these exercises benefit the hips? Thanks

To lose weight in this area, takes more than just core exercises also Pat. But you're on the right track with the weight loss. Keep going! The belly is always the last place to lose fat.
