GCR Winter Gala final day Swithland Sunday 28 1 24

The final day of the GCR Winter Gala was bright and sunny and there was a constant stream of trains passing through Swithland sidings between Rothley and Quorn Stations. Unusually for this location there were no other photographers by the lineside so the railway look just as it would have done in the 1950s.
