Himalayan ❤ what a beautiful machine it is. I ride it here in India. I have travelled to Leh & Ladakh (2,000 km, 800KM off road) which is the tallest motorable road on earth. thanks ive been around a bit north africa and albania ..tbo im nor cut out for the around the world stuff but i like to travel for a few weeks now and gain
@@minkyhead It's good to know. If you are looking for some crazy, lifetime experiences, I recommend you Leh & Ladakh ride. It is adventures and a little frightening (Not from the people or animals but from mother nature point of view). It is frightening especially when you are all alone in the valley which is covered with thick snow. It feeds to the hunger of a rider inside of you. The best experience of my life. Great footage …where exactly was camera ?Were you saying the Himalayan engine braking was not good downhill in first ? Would be great to have a detailed comparison of your thoughts on the off road capability of these two machines .
just a helmet camera ....its not that its bad persay but when its steep it runs quite quick with the weight and the long 1st and 1300 rev tickover it can be awkward when its slippy ..i like the himmy for modarte stuff and its pretty dam decent at handling twin track at a decent pace..very very decent on the road too .as ypu may expect the crf is significantly more capable as stuff gets harder like ruts and steep stuff but as a travel bike with a decent ability to some off road its a very likable machine it has pretty decent suspension and is better than i expected by some margin the engine is very very good .theres more braaap in it than i expected ..deffo worth a test ride
i belive te lower part is a carbon racing screen .it was on when i got it ..the top bit is a sliding clip on thing from china ..ugly as but works pretty well
