Hello, I am a longtime fan of yours. I'm currently working out every day looking for your exercise method to succeed in flare. Thank you for making good videos.
The jumping part is the hardest for me because the fear of falling stops progress but watching your videos inspires me to train even more thanks man, hugs from Brazil
@@michaeldouglas3521 thanks man! Yes this is the main issue with Airflares, but you can always find a way to overcome the fear gradually by making simple steps before reaching the full jump
I think it really speaks for your experience and skill as a coach that you look at someones basics and strengths and can come up with a suited method for them individually to learn a certain move. Really interesting video, would love to see more like this! :)
This question might sound stupid. but I want to know others opinion. is 25 years of age late for learning a clean and powerful airflare ? keep in mind that I've been doing powermoves since I was 16. I've master every windmill variations, a clean high flare, powerful handhop on both arms etc. . and my Coach has always been Falcrow production❤❤❤ but due to serious injuries I can only do one or two rounds of airflare after 4 years of scattered training. It's getting harder and harder man. I've always said I'll never quite but I'm starting to think maybe it's late. maybe I should've done it sooner.
Nou, think kaio is almost 10 years older than you and im starting watching his videos again after 6-7 years and he’s still with the same power as always. Your good you have 20+ years to have top shape physique and condition
@@juandavidcortesduarte1099 yes, by far! He is specialized in handstands :) I can’t do 1 arm handstands. I can only do regular handstands, spinning handstands and hand hops
Kayo you’re a beautiful human and coach, learning from you was a pleasure! Thank you so much 🫶
@@Gal-by it was a pleasure bro! I hope to see you soon! 🫶🏻
