    Happy New Year, Kaio sensei
    I just wanted to thank you because it’s thanks to you that I’m still a beginner, but I feel like I’m improving little by little thanks to your videos. I really appreciate how much effort you put into explaining things. I saw that you’ve made so many videos for beginners, intermediates, and advanced dancers, and it really impressed me. It’s amazing how much time and dedication you invest in helping others.
    Thank you so much, and I wish you an incredible year ahead! CIAO NINJA✌️

    I'm relearning this after 15yrs I'm 34 now but in the best shape of my life. I used to be able to do this, so I should be able to now. Real fear breaking my wrist cause my day job. I'll let you know how it goes.

      very interesting! yeah let me know! if you warm up properly and you don't overtrain, it should be fine for the wrists!

    Hey kaio! Do you think you need to know the press handstand to do the flare? Or just with the L and V sit and tuck planche is enough??

    • @KaioFalcrow
      @KaioFalcrow  Месяц назад +1

      @@joangonzalez2541 L-sit and tuck planche are enough. I know many people who do good Flare and yet they can’t do V-sit and press to handstand :)
      Of course, if you can do these movements, Flares are gonna be easier to learn though

    Hey great video Kaio! Just a quick question. During the first step when I put my second hand down it hurts. Does that mean i am putting it down too hard/fast with too much weight?
    Or is that pain normal and i should just push through it?
    Hard to tell what Iam doing wrong and why i might be slamming that second hand down too hard/fast! Thank you

    • @KaioFalcrow
      @KaioFalcrow  Месяц назад +1

      @@rishaanchow7160 thank you! Probably so! First of all make sure you warm up properly. Second, try the movement as slowly as possible, it should really look like slow motion at first. Then gradually and slowly add more momentum and you’ll be able to understand what the issue is :)
