    Hi Kiao
    I was wondering what kind of dance floor mat are you using? I planned on buying a puzzle mat for breakdance and was wondering if it a good dance floor mat? What would you recommend me to buy for a home dance floor mat?

    • @KaioFalcrow
      @KaioFalcrow  2 года назад

      Hey! I usually don't care so much about the floor and I try to adapt to whatever floor I have. I don't really know which are the best floors, it also depends a lot from your style. For example if you do many slides and spins you will need something a bit more slippery, if you do more air power or steps you don't want something too slippery.. I would recommend to try different floors until you figure out what is best for you :)

    Hi Kaio I have a question,
    Sometimes when I lay on my back with my legs up in the air, I find it difficult to roll back to the shoulder, especially if I want to keep my legs open and straight and without using momentum.
    Do you think it's a flexibility problem? I feel like its difficult for me to bring my legs down close to my face. (and yes I am not flexible lol)

    • @KaioFalcrow

    I'm in trouble at 9:00. Is this a shoulder freeze? Because I can't do shoulder freezes and it's hard to keep my legs up without the help of my hand's elbow and sometimes I'll fall over, cracking my skull trying to do it

    • @KaioFalcrow
      @KaioFalcrow  3 года назад

      Yes it is a shoulder freeze. I really recommend you learning shoulder freezes on both sides before trying the Windmill, they will help you a lot to understand the head and hips posture: hips up and head down.
