YES!
Absolutely.
It is always possible to learn something.
Listen to some music with drum breaks. Or beats. Feel the music. Let it move you.
Start with top rock. Dancing. .you make your way down to the floor. And move arms and feet's to the rhythm. .
Remember to warm up the body first. And cool down and Stratton after. .you can find good Break dance tutorial on RUclips. For all levels and ages.
Go for it. .have fun.

You can do windmill with stab Freeze. Later you progress to Barrel mill, munchmill etc
