    For learning flare, what people should watch is this video. especially who are not that talented. Even the physically strong people out there are struggling cuz their brain is not coordinating with their body that well. This developes your the fundemental of the flare and helps you understanding the movement. best flare tutorial 10/10 🔥🔥

      thank you so much!
      for sets and reps, it depends from person to person. I recommend you to start with low numbers.. for example hold the L-Sit only 5 or 10 seconds for 3 sets, and increase the seconds/reps and sets gradually with the time (every 2 weeks maybe)

      @@KaioFalcrow I have been using many little steps that build and connect shapes into a complete skill, and using this method to teach for Tricking and Parkour. Seeing all of these clips, in sequence made perfect sense to my mind, and I appreciate you taking the time to establish this for us!

    hello Kaio thx for this great video ! ik it dosent mean anything but do u know how many months are needed to achieve the flare (while training it 2-3times per week) ?

      Hey! Welcome :) it’s very subjective, I know people who learned it in just few weeks and others that learned it in more than 1 year.. if you do all the exercises correctly and you have an average flexibility and strength I would say it could take 2 to 6 months but it really depends, could be less, could be more

    how u keep ur body fit ? do u do any excersises ? or running ? or just bboying keeps u fit ? ... and what about your diet ? what do u eat ?

      I practice daily or almost daily, I started doing some workout last year, I didn’t do it before.. there is a video of my workout in my channel :)
      I eat pretty randomly but would like to change that in the near future

    Hey Kaio I was gonna try n put a pair of socks over my shoes to help slide …. Wut size sock do u recommend to put over a pair of shoes ?

      I don’t know exactly 🤔 I never used socks over shoes, i directly used socks one over the other to make the impact softer and smoother.. so for example wearing up to 8 socks in total 😁😁

    I can't even do handstand and yet I alrdy learned flare

      Handstand is not required for Flares :) L-sit and tuck planche are more important for this move

    Iam stuck at 1:18 I can’t seem to lift my sweeping leg off the ground :( any suggestions or tips for kicking the sweeping leg up after I go around to the front?

      it really depends from person to person, to test yourself you should attempt the maximal number (repetitions or time) of each exercise and then write your workout by doing the 70% repetitions of the maximal of the exercises for 3 - 5 sets..
      For example:
      You can hold the L-Sit for 10 seconds (maximal number).. so you should hold the L-sit for 7 seconds for around 4 times (3 to 5 times).
      Then increase the numbers step by step

      keep focusing on all the exercises, the more you improve them, the more you will improve the Flare itself

      A bit of flexibility is needed, but actually not that much. I recommend to be able to touch the toes in a pancake stretch position :)
