    It’s so nice to FINALLY see someone explain the physical prerequisites for these moves instead of, “yea, just put your ankle on your forehead, then push your body up to the sky with 1 hand, and then just swing your other leg around and land on your opposite hand’s pinky. Viola! Now you can do a simple flare.”

    Where was this kid when I was 20 I knew all that but nobody ever showed me how to put it together this is best tutorial I've ever seen I'm 50 years old beyotch and I'm still going to learn to windmill!

      @@KaioFalcrow yo kaio I need help with my stabbed mill, I can't keep my legs up and straight and my legs are always bent when I'm doing it. Like when I'm in the middle of spinning around usually go slow and also I keep Going back to stab and not going really fast.

    Any tips on bruises on the top of my shoulder? . Ik I'm doing it wrong, but I keep getting a bruise on the top of my shoulder,
    How do I rotate properly

      It usually happens if you don’t rotate the chest strong enough, so try to push your shoulders in the same direction of the rotation in order to land directly on the back
      And of course, make sure to use a hoodie at first :)

    Hey Kaio! Just wanna say thanks for making this tutorial. I was struggling for days to learn it, but your tutorial really help me! I was able to complete my first turn on the windmill :D, but i'm having some trouble on keeping my head on the ground, do you have some tip to do so? (Sorry for my bad english, it isn't my main language)

      Amazing! I’m happy about that 😃 I recommend you to practice shoulder freeze to backspin to other side shoulder freeze by keeping the head on the floor to have a feeling on how it works in the windmill. Another thing that can help you is pushing higher from the turtle/side freeze, almost going to your head before going to the back

    Hey kaio... I've been learning how to windmills for almost 2 years but I have the problem of keeping my legs straight...so what's your opinion on keeping the legs straight

      you don't need to keep your legs straight, if you want to make them more straight practice the basics with straight legs (side freeze & backspin with straight legs) and then try the windmill in the same way :)

    I have a big problem: I feel like my lower body is always so heavy when doing windmills which makes me not able to lift my lower back, what should I do? Are there exercises to do that will make me feel lighter?

      Learning good basics, like good freezes combos and a very good backspin, will help a lot!

      @@Proxgennes practice the reverse shoulder freeze to regular turtle freeze to learn how to stay up with your legs :) I made a windmill exercises video that can help you

    How do I gain more momentum to help be catch the freeze better?

      you don't need momentum to catch the freeze, you need to be in correct positions and push your legs up :) you can also do it very slow, check out my windmill exercises video to see :)

    Ciao kaio, avevo il sospetto che fossi italiano😂sul tuo canale penso di aver visto i migliori tutorial di tutto youtube sei un grande. Ho iniziato a provare il windmill da un paio di mesi, facendolo lento e toccando con una gamba a terra riesco a farlo tranquillamente, riesco a farlo anche senza toccare con le gambe ma molto lentamente. Appena provo a aumentare la velocità partendo con un po' di momentum non riesco a tenere le posizioni mi sento di muovermi totalmente a caso, anche se ci penso a ogni posizione da mantenere durante il windmill andando veloce è come se mi dimenticassi tutto.
    Passare dalla side freeze andare sulle spalle e sulla schiena fino a li ci sono, ma dalla schiena tornare in side freeze dopo il bounce con le gambe, mi ritrovo a gambe quasi chiuse che mi stoppano la rotazione e con le braccia anche pensando di fare un freeze mi viene naturale non entrare in freeze e stare sui gomiti dare la spallata per passare da una spalla all'altra come nel barrel windmill. Insomma andando lentamente riesco a farlo ma appena lo provo velocemente non riesco dalla schiena a tornare nella posizione iniziale pronto per un altro windmill. Con la tua esperienza ti viene in mente qualche consiglio da darmi?

    When my head is on the ground it burns my skin even with a beanie ? Can you explain how you slide on your head without burn your skin pls

      hmm that's strange, I never heard of that before.. maybe you should just get used to it.. if it keeps happening, consider learning the windmill with your head always OFF the floor (never touching the ground with your head). Reference: Bboy Hide from Japan

    What if I can't straighten my legs? Hahaha, I can do 1 round but I can't keep going, because my legs aren't very straight.

      this is actually very easy to correct: when you attempt it next time and you end up on your back, immediately after noticing about the head, lean it on the floor, pretend you are just lying
