It usually happens if you don’t rotate the chest strong enough, so try to push your shoulders in the same direction of the rotation in order to land directly on the back And of course, make sure to use a hoodie at first :)

I’m happy about that 😃 I recommend you to practice shoulder freeze to backspin to other side shoulder freeze by keeping the head on the floor to have a feeling on how it works in the windmill. Another thing that can help you is pushing higher from the turtle/side freeze, almost going to your head before going to the back

you don't need to keep your legs straight, if you want to make them more straight practice the basics with straight legs (side freeze & backspin with straight legs) and then try the windmill in the same way :)
I have a big problem: I feel like my lower body is always so heavy when doing windmills which makes me not able to lift my lower back, what should I do? Are there exercises to do that will make me feel lighter?
@@Proxgennes practice the reverse shoulder freeze to regular turtle freeze to learn how to stay up with your legs :) I made a windmill exercises video that can help you

Ciao kaio, avevo il sospetto che fossi italiano😂sul tuo canale penso di aver visto i migliori tutorial di tutto youtube sei un grande. Ho iniziato a provare il windmill da un paio di mesi, facendolo lento e toccando con una gamba a terra riesco a farlo tranquillamente, riesco a farlo anche senza toccare con le gambe ma molto lentamente. Appena provo a aumentare la velocità partendo con un po' di momentum non riesco a tenere le posizioni mi sento di muovermi totalmente a caso, anche se ci penso a ogni posizione da mantenere durante il windmill andando veloce è come se mi dimenticassi tutto. Passare dalla side freeze andare sulle spalle e sulla schiena fino a li ci sono, ma dalla schiena tornare in side freeze dopo il bounce con le gambe, mi ritrovo a gambe quasi chiuse che mi stoppano la rotazione e con le braccia anche pensando di fare un freeze mi viene naturale non entrare in freeze e stare sui gomiti dare la spallata per passare da una spalla all'altra come nel barrel windmill. Insomma andando lentamente riesco a farlo ma appena lo provo velocemente non riesco dalla schiena a tornare nella posizione iniziale pronto per un altro windmill. Con la tua esperienza ti viene in mente qualche consiglio da darmi?

hmm that's strange, I never heard of that before.. maybe you should just get used to it.. if it keeps happening, consider learning the windmill with your head always OFF the floor (never touching the ground with your head). Reference: Bboy Hide from Japan
really helpful tips mate, I really do like your tutorials. however, can you please use another synonym for arse (arse is a very VULGAR SLANG word)? use maybe: butt, bottom bum, buttocks, behind or derriere....etc
this is actually very easy to correct: when you attempt it next time and you end up on your back, immediately after noticing about the head, lean it on the floor, pretend you are just lying
