Hi there, there are tests available for all of these causes, blood tests, saliva tests, hormone tests etc.. However there is no clear cut method of finding out the root cause easily. It takes some digging as everyone is different, looking into symptoms. It is worth getting a DHT test though, as this is usually the main problem 💚

Get a blood test it could be an iron deficiency. Your doctor will be best the place to start .

Although it's unusual to get the pigment back once it's lost, I have heard of a 90 yr old gentleman who ate wild salmon 2x per day and his chest hair turned from grey back to brown. This is likely due to the omega 3-s and trace minerals in the fish, but I can't confirm it with any evidence. 💚
