The “why” is really important. ✨ It’s a self-awareness that not only us helps 1) pick a habit but 2) allows us to continue with it. Thanks for diving really deep into habit creation! 👍🏽
I was just listening to Marcus Aurelius's Meditations. One of the points is essentially to find your role models and you were the first person that popped into my head right away. Thanks for making videos.
Thank you for these thoughts Megan. 2021 feels like a year where I want to dig a little deeper, really get to the bottom of my motivations, hopes and dreams, so that I can be a fulfilled person with the creative opportunities in my life that I know make me happy and which I hope will build towards a future I can look forward to. Thank you for asking!! X
Meghan you are so right. I like to plan these things. Truly people expect 2021 to be fantastic. But how can we expect different wonderful results, if we don't change our actions. Therefore, it is important to try new things out. Lots of hugs. 🤗❤️
Thank you Meghan for this video! I am a regular viewer and I gind your content very interesting and insightful. I am allways learning new things and they have helped me to change my perspective!
I just returned from a trip to our native where I barely opened mobile thanks to super crappy network. Just thought to catch up here and to see your video at the top just made me so damn happy. Not to mention the topic is so valuable. Much love❤
I have been struggling with a new habit I want to make very badly. I want to make a habit of tidying up my disaster of a bedroom a bit each day- but so far, I haven't managed to motivate myself even once. I took a webinar on decluttering and organization, but it didn't help as much as I hoped. I'm going to try this journaling method to see if it helps me with the goal of getting my room back in order. Wish me luck, because I feel I'll need it.
The way you breakdown your every single video to make it more simple and understandable for the viewer is so beautiful ! Thank you for sharing your gift to the world :)
Yay! I'm "early" to a video! I've been binge watching so many of your videos, they are so helpful and I have been doing so well in my journey with better health and diving into minimalism using your tips. I agree in finding your VERY OWN idea of health and wellness; that is exactly what I have been doing the last few months and it just feels so much easier and natural to stick to. Thanks for another great vid!
I have been struggling over making realistical goals so far ... Thank you so much for making the steps simple and clear and for the examples you provided through the way . The video was so helpful. Looking forward to bringing a positive change in my life . Gratitude ❤️
I've recently started journaling in the form of letters to my significant other. This has really improved our communication and my self awareness. I prefer to journal by typing instead of writing, and I like to use Notepad on Microsoft, but recently I've found Evernote which I like a lot too! Also, The Fabulous is a great habit-forming guidance app!
I love this video and I needed it so bad. It was SO helpful! I really want to work on self compassion I find it really hard and I think when you can be more compassionate towards yourself you are able to do the same with others. Thank you for the video ❤️❤️❤️
I enjoyed the content that you shared in this video! I'm looking forward to creating healthy habits in 2021 for myself, with the help of these 5 steps you gave. Thank you, Meghan! 😊
Great advice! Very similar to Tiny Habits by BJ Fogg PhD. I listened to that book not too long ago and it has helped me a lot. Understanding behaviour is important for making life changes.
Those questions are really useful and we tend to ignore them or not question them in our overall life. However, I also find it hard to answer them... I find it very theoretical and difficult to think about concrete answers.
The content was so educational. I have been trying to find for a RUclips video similar to yours that breaks down the ideas in this video! 🙌Your explanation is like the videos from this new Dr. Ethan. Doctor's tips are for sure knowledgable and I learned a lot for exams! He is the most knowledgable medical student in Nottingham and he teaches vaccines. I suggest you check his channel out and give Doctor Ethan a like here! 👉 #LearnFromDrEthan
