Oh well the water was so cold they probably didn’t see anything!!! The best thing about living on a boat is if you don’t like the neighborhood or you get embarrassed or you think that the law is coming, just pull anchor and haul your butt to another spot.

When I had my houseboat on the river, I would put a five gallon jug of water on the roof and let it sit there all day. I hooked a hose and shower head on it, and when I took my shower that night on the back porch I had warm water to take my shower. I waited till after dark so no one could see me, 😂

Too funny! Di and I both have been caught doing the same thing! Once on an island, all to ourselves a family popped out from the woods! They had landed on the back side where we passed not long before, hence the sense of privacy we falsely adopted, but they were so good about it. I, too, jumped into the boat, apologizing! They later took us on a walk to show us some nice camp sites in the mid section! Great people! AllthebestRoy

The farm next door became a golf course. They hear some interesting words from this side of the fence.
Especially one podcast I listen too a comedian and he says the Savory words that no one dare utter.
In the cab tractor Bluetooth radio blasting open door to take strings off a round bale or open a door on barn and the looks I get sometimes as he Hollers racial and very controversial things. Then honks a horn or a gong.
I’m doubled over in laughter.
Better yet same scenario with headphones and they see a giant lunatic roaring laughing mid stride , project, etc.

Have you thought about rigging up a propane shower unit on deck?…use a 12v pump to suck up river water…mine works great!

My@@brentonsriversidehermitage cousin married a south Korean while stationed there. He brings her to the US to meet his family and she spoke very little English. He was treating her with total disrespect so she had enough and yelled out, boco kelo, tiny weeny.
