Someone in my physics class did this exact shit. He sat by me in class, and he said something about how he only got 1 question wrong. He was going into engineering, so I said "but you're going to be an engineer, so every question wrong is like 100,000 people dead". He laughed, haha. Then we had to form groups about 5 minutes after that. Shortly after our group was formed, he brought up his own grade just so he could make the joke himself. Everyone laughed. I gave him a look of disgust but he didn't care. He never gave me credit for the joke.
Needless to say I don't talk to that lowlife anymore.

She's Heather Anne Campbell. She's an improvisational comedian and that's the reason why she's very good at acting. She appeared on some episodes of "Whose Line Is It Anyway" and she did a lot of stunning performances on that show.

There's so much truth in their sketches. This is pretty much how it goes.
The originator rarely gets credit. And when he/she speaks up everyone acts like they are bitter or crazy. The person that stole the joke normally acts aloof and rides another persons wave and the masses could care less because all they want is to be entertained.
Very true. It's the terrible "you snooze you lose" nature of opportunism in the rat race. "The early bird gets the worm" in a rabid sea of chomping beaks where "the closed mouth doesn't get fed." Okay, now I'm just firing off cliché expressions like Peele quoting "The Lion King" in that "The Lion King Can Explain Anything" skit, but you get the picture 🤣

I can't stress enough just how perfectly perfect Key's facial expressions to Peele are here. There's so many obvious things that make this show genius, but I'm always taken aback by how their nuanced reactions to each other really bring the sketches together.

This skit triggered so many painful and cringe memories. I even remembered the time how I realized that likeability was a thing. I was close to one of the popular kids in my class and told him a joke and even whispered it to him similar to this one, and he later on started spreading that joke around the class and school and got a lot of laughs from it. And then some other day I thought of a joke that I was confident about and told it to the class when the time was right and got awkward silence instead. But what fked me up the most is a few days later after that my popular friend re-told the joke and got a lot of laughs from it. Will never recover from that and will forever haunt me till death.
This sort of comedy is deep
