Not Only Doing It Yourself , See If You Can Interview A Fruitarian That’s Been Self Sustaining For Years. There’s Plenty Fruitarians/Plant Based Eaters Out Here That’s Been Living Well And Looking Younger Than Their Age. I’m That Road To Let Go Of Meat ( Dead Energy ) And Intake More Live Foods. After Doing A Dang Near 3 Day Dry Fast A Few Years Ago, When I Ate Meat Again I Felt Depressed. I Could Feel The Energy Of The Food Due To My Body Reset. Literally ! Felt Like My World Was Ending. But Every-time I Drink A Smoothie On An Empty Stomach My Vibration Is High And Well 💯 It’s All About Experience

My wife & I have been meat free since April 2015, and while we don’t believe everyone needs to eat the same way, plant based eating certainly has done wonders for us over these last 8 years ❤️🙂 not so sure about eating watermelon only though! The whole eating ONLY watermelon 🍉diet sounds legit! unless you have blood sugar issues like hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia, diabetes & etc.. if you have any of the following, there's no way you could spike your blood sugar like that. Kali's natural insulin must be 100% on piont & then some!💯! I like Kali💪🏿muscle. I think he's cool. 🍉🍉

And I like that he was humble enough to eventually acknowledge that he was a bit hasty with the watermelon-only diet and said he was trying to educate himself more as a result. Definitely not a diet everyone can do, but gotta give the guy props for the overall message he’s sending! ❤️
Great advice! 😀 and yes, the seeds have a good amount of polyunsaturated fats (not so much mono) along with minerals like zinc, although interestingly enough, in some of his videos Kali Muscle is actively trying to buy watermelons without the seeds, which makes me wonder if he’s aware of their nutritional value 🤔 thanks for commenting mate, awesome value in your information 👏🙏
Doing it yourself is more facts than listening to someone that says that you done it themselves. Challenge yourself to do thirty day water challenge can you do it facts
There’s certainly a lot to be said for walking the walk for sure! Hats off to Kali for doing it 🙌💪 Not sure if I could deal with the headaches, fatigue & insomnia that he was talking about in yesterday’s video, that was a hard watch! 😕 The man is determined I’ll definitely give him that & his physique legit looks good right now IMO. You come off very inauthentic because you’re scared to offend anyone. A whole 10 minute video with you praising a man and then passively presenting 2 facts to disprove what he said but still trying to remain impartial.

I admit I do find it hard to position myself when the guy is doing SO MUCH good & at the same time can be so far off the mark (in my opinion) with his advice - I was no different back when I was a subscriber/fan but thought his coffee powder/Pepsi pre workout idea was crazy. Essential fatty acids are in the seeds. Eat the seeds. Fruit is processed thru the liver and promotes the synthesis of fat
