I eat the rind and avoid the skin (the green part) because the skin is in contact with soil and fertilizer and pesticides (I scrub the whole fruit with salt and baking soda first though). The rind is the real deal. Contains so many great things for your cardiovascular system and can help your overall health situation. 👌🏾

@@HealthyWayILive we forget that on a regular diet losing 1lb per week is considered normal and 2lbs is considered fast weight lost . You did awesome and was able to be full all day which is usually not the case on a diet

Did you notice any difference in how you felt between the seedless and seeded watermelons? Were both equally hydrating?
There was no difference for me. I just ate what my local markets had available. Some were bad in the inside that were seeded and some bad seedless
