Yeah, that’s very hypocritical of her however, I think maybe this can be explained a little bit with the period of their marriage maybe. When Steve first betrayed her, they were kinda newly married. A year or two maybe ? I can’t remember but it was more early in the marriage where I believe the love and trust was at it’s high. After decades of marriage, growing older and older, and sexless and very monotone life on the couch with Steve, I believe maybe the romance and passion went away so she feels they are more roommates and friends than lover and husband. That’s how I can logically make sense if it. I’m not saying that this is right. Poor Steve but it’s understandable that the flame of love and passion gets dimmer with time. It can’t be passionate all the time. It will become amicable 🙂 friends

There's a lot of people out there who's been cheated on and yet still wants to win the person back - it's a dichotomy of hating the person and still loving them at the same time. People don't give up that easily on the person they genuinely love, even if they committed infidelity.

Fark this Miranda/Che relationship - it's glorifying an affair & a toxic female character that never seems to evolve nor take accountability for her actions.
I.e Steve was in a good relationship with Deb - not great, but stable and then miranda gets jealous on son's 1st birthday cus someone else valued him higher than she ever has, which makes her want him even more and has to take him back, even knowing that she'll never love him completely or respectfully.
Now we are supposed to support her non-relationship relationship woke crap with Che?

I'm actually mad at what they did to Miranda. This doesn't make sense to me. She was if anything this strong, independent, family oriented woman, who is now a disappointing mess. She seems to regret being a mother, being a wife, has reservations about her career paths and now her sex orientation. The writers tried this with Samantha Jones, and it didn't fit. This doesn't fit Miranda's character. Everything about her made me proud of how she represented women. I think they could have brought in a whole couple to add the LGBTQIA+ narrative, not destroy poor Steve.

I've been tracking "Euphoria" on HBO Max, and it's telling that they are saying the season 2 premiere had the highest ratings on the platform with 2.4 million viewers. That's what they said about AJLT when it premiered, but they haven't released numbers, so I doubt they'll make sn 2.

Steve is a class act. I mean, is this the same Miranda? I know people change, but she thought NOTHING of giving up her marriage and throwing it away like yesterdays garbage. Just because she met this overbearing, rude "she, they". She wants more...more everything...They could have shown her struggling a little longer about whether to break up her family over someone that doesn't even want a serious relationship. I don't even know. I'm so confused. Now we have Steve being even more awesome, unwilling to break his end of the bargain, even though Rambo teeth is out having sex with her non binary friend, who doesn't even want a relationship. I want to see something good happen to Steve, otherwise, no, I wouldn't want another season. This reboot has been awful, it is so disconnected to the original, they pull Carries hair back in the most unflatterin, tightg bun, passing her off for an old lady, she's got these gorgeous dresses on, but they make her wear a jacket that doesnt even match, that is 5 sizes too big for her, that covers her whole body, so we don't get to see the fashion, which was one of the best parts about the original. It was fun... this is just rubbish, the writers suck, they put the audience places they don't even care to watch, like the whole pregnancy thing with that unknown african american couple

Everything was so rushed through with Miranda and Che just to make some pointless point. They glossed over what even happened in the break down of the marriage. If they were planning a season 2 from the start...which I'm sure they were...they could have at least brought Che in the second season, and showed Miranda and Steve trying to work things out. Just messy.

I love the Sex and the City Series. I must of watched every episode so many times I find myself speaking the words before they are said. At first the New Series had me feeling a bit lost after Big died. Especially because that scene seemed like Carrie could have tried to call 911. Anyways, after that first episode, I really got more involved with wanting to know what happens to the characters especially Carrie. This episode 9, felt so fast and every scene felt like it was missing something. It's like there is so much they can put in these episodes, but it is feeling so rushed. Slow it all down please. I want to have plenty more to view, to enjoy. I don't care what other people say about this new series, but it's like the original never ended. And that makes me happy. Keep it going. A happy fan.

I didn't much care for Steve at first- he was too juvenile. But he grew on me. I always thought Miranda was self centered and bossy. So- let her go off with Che. Sorry for Steve, but move on, find a LOYAL woman, and make a success of your happiness! When Miranda comes whining back, TOUGH! If you have to ask for love, it's not coming from the person it should!
