I love street food but nothing beats home cooking, and these bakes and shark was the best I've ever had. This is a popular street food in Trinidad and Tobago and I promise you, if this tastes any better in Trinidad, I'll need to book a flight out immediately.

Soai,when I first came to America and I took the bus,when I reach close to my destination,I go,very loud,one stop bus driver,a lady reach up and pull a string,lucky for me the bus driver was from Jamaica,,he laugh so hard,and other people,and he told me how to pull the string

ahhhahahaah! you know whats funny, on this trip I forgot to press the buzzer and went up to the driver and told him this is my stop after I heard it on the intercom. He asked me if I pressed the buzzer. I swore it would stop at every stop. lol
I surely suffered watching you eat those bakes then fritters. Thumbs up to the mystery woman that made them. She should be proud and show her face boldly. Nothing beats good old home cooking made with love.
