Love horror films though. Thank you for creating such entertainment for us horror fans 😄 Hope they don't freak you out too much. The one you played where the character had PTSD and it kept jumping around from childhood to now... REALLY terrifying 😱

"You" in this case meaning a 30 something year old man. I don't know if you truly misunderstood what I meant when I mentioned a year or if you intentionally twisted it to mean something else. You have 3 options on how you end the game. You can trash the tape, mail it back to sender or watch it. Trashing it and watching gives you the bad ending. Mailing it back is the better ending and gives you the history of the store 🙂 Quite interesting too!
I once travelled to Japan and i stayed in a village similar to this one, and at night the silence makes everything creepy and terrifying there not much light and theres a rail road in the mountain above where the train goes and when everything is silent at night you can hear the little sounds that look like footsteps created by the vibration of that rail road, and one time we were coming back from a very nice restaurant and the Taxi left us in the beggining of the road to the village because as the guy said and i quote "i cant go there at night, its dark and one of my front lights its busted, you dont need to pay for this trip, and im sorry" i didnt understand a word but my friend knows japanese and he translated to me, we thought that was really weird because his front light was perfectly fine we just assume we didn't want to ruin his tires in that old road, we still gave him money tho it was still a 15min ride. As we come down the old road to the village we heard so many different sounds, ones looked like whispers other looked like wild animals running the bushes were moving like it was a super windy night and it wasnt, but eventually we got to the village it was like a 20mim walk trough that really creepy old road, as the morning came we sat at the coffee shop and we saw a couple that looked european so we went to talk to them the conversation got really interesting the man was a photographer and the woman was a journalist and they were in a hunt for a rare plant that were located in that region, really interesting couple, in the afternoon we went to the center and found this old lady who told us that couple we were talking with in the Coffee were bad people and tried to hurt her, at first we just thought she was a crazy old woman who was saying nonsense but then she showed a really severe cut in her left arm and then she told us that she has a rare plant in her window and the couple went there and knock on the door and they wanted to buy the plant but she didnt want to sell because it was a gift from her daughter, she said that the couple understood and left, hours after she was cooking soup for lunch and she heard a window breaking sound she ran there to check and saw the couple trying to steal the plant, after they saw her the guy picked a piece of glass that fell on the ground and threw it in her direction and it did a really severe cut in the arm, we were shocked and tried to stay away from this but we were so angry that we went looking for that couple but there was no sign of them, the night came and we couldn't stay still , i personally was really angry and ansious, but eventually we got some sleep, in the next morning we saw an ambulance right next to this little house, we went there to see what was going on this time, and my friend poke me in my shoulder and told me that was the old lady's house, i went in the back and saw the window broken and the plant was not there i assumed that she moved the plant or something but then a guy came to talk to us to found out that if we knew the lady, he saw we were not local and start talking in english it was a huge relief i could finally understand the conversation in first hand, so we told the police or detective idk everything the lady told us, he immediately went to his car and opened his laptop and and show us the screen and asked: "is this the couple you talked with?" I said : " Its them! He then proceed to told us that they were being hunted for attacking old people and stealing rare items like animals, plants they even stole a freakin Clock from a house, but this time it was more serious because it was a murder, it looked like a fcking movie but it wasnt, and we were worried this couple could come after us but to this day i never heard of that couple ever again... it was a wild week in japan

Hollow is a severely underrated youtuber, he deserves millions of views. The amount of times whenever I'm feeling down or want to chill I slap this on and is the perfect treatment. Keep it up bro!

You probably won't see this and I'm sure you definitely won't want to play again to find out but for anyone curious: if you want ending 1 you actually take the final VHS tape and take it to the box on the table and it gives you an option to return it to the sender, then the game gives you an explanation of the stores curse and the girl you play as chooses to quit her job and avoid the store so you survive.
@@Asi2409 I'm not a story teller and the description wasnt super well translated but the gist of it was after learning that her manager really was murdered and found in the back shed, our main character googles and discovers that there actually did used to be a house where the store is and the man of the house committed a murder/suicide, first his child and then his pregnant wife when she came home (the description says she was killed by having nails driven into her and her unborn child) so the curse is the haunting from the murdered woman and child. After learning this our main character talks about avoiding the store because when she walks past she feels like there's a piercing gaze in her direction. The end of the description says that walking past one day she actually sees the woman for a moment and freezes, when she comes back to reality she looks down and realizes in her hand she is holding a rusted old nail. Unfortunately the description never actually explains (at least in English, it could be a translation issue) why exactly the girl is receiving VHS tapes or that wicked tall creature that you see in the CCTV and storage room. That's from memory so if you want a better description I'd suggest searching up a video of it yourself. What I find interesting with that is the old woman from the start of the game isn't actually just crazy or anything, she is probably the mother of the woman who was murdered and is just old and confused by the store built where her daughters house used to be.
