Using Pulse Effects For Better Audio In OBS Studio (Ubuntu Linux)

How to use Pulse Effects to apply on-the-fly equalization and effects to your audio input devices - namely microphones - when using OBS Studio on Ubuntu Linux. While you can apply some effects directly from within OBS itself, you get many more options when using the PulseEffects GUI.

Does pulseeffect work on pre recoded audio
Or do u know some other application for this I m struggling though I m able to change voice pitch vlc but it isnt getting saved
