I am so incredibly proud of my uncle Shawn, my cousin Stephanie, and whole family for having the best rock shop in the country!!! Many good memories running around the shop and yard, and so many cool pieces that I've acquired over 25 years! My first paid job was over a spring break ages ago, weighing and sealing bags of grit in the secret basement, glad to see the same heat sealer is there! Thank you Rob for stopping by!

What an incredibly neat family business! My family was kind of into rocks as my grandma owned a Native American Trading Post so I grew up picking things off the floor and helping her as I learned so many great skills. She was a geologist and I went on to become a gemologist. We need to protect these mom and pop stores in America as they ARE the very fiber of America! Best wishes to this awesome rock shop and their family for years to come! ❤

The Rock Shed is the best. Way to go helping them out. It’s cool to see the place and people I’ve been ordering from all this time. It’s amazing how much stuff they ship out of that little place.

I was just there as a fan. If this video helps them out, that's great, but I just wanted to see the place for myself.

I've read quite a few reports from people surprised at how small it is. They sure don't let that slow them down though.

It’s so cool to see where we get our tootsie rolls, ‘uhh I mean, where we get our supplies from!! 🤣 I don’t order from anyone else!! Looks like a great trip for you and Mrs Nancy!!

Nancy didn't go with me. I slept in a tent for about half the trip and she wasn't willing to do that. She also doesn't have quite the rock hunting endurance that I do.

Very cool!! It was great to see the Rock Shed shop as well as the secret basement rooms. That agate is incredible! Awesome to see that be cut. The inside is gorgeous! Maybe it will attract a buyer now, if they decide to put it back in the shop for sale after cutting and polishing. I have bought some stuff from The Rock Shed as well. My Lot-O came from there.

I loved this video. I just reciently bought some parts from The Rock Shed per Robs link. Shawn was super nice online when I was having trouble ordering, so nice to actually see who I was dealing with. And so glad for you Rob that you got to visit the Rock Shed, and thanks for showing all of us your tour.

I didn't see Mt. Rushmore this time, but I did see it on a family vacation when our kids were young. We drove close enough to Crazy Horse that day to see it in the distance.
