A rich, flavorful soup with as much or as little toothy bits as your stomach can handle, this recipe also handles the addition of a bit of spice (I tried about half as much seeded and diced shishito peppers as the tomato) and fresh ginger to settle an upset tummy and couldn't have been happier! I just made this soup while i was sick. It was a perfect simple recipe to make and tasted very warm, comforting, and nourishing. I used thin spaghetti noodles and cooked it directly into the soup. It allowed the soup to thicken to a desirable consistency to make it hearty. Thank you for sharing.

I just made this for the second time and it's amazing! So simple, but so delicious! I actually made it with normal spaghetti because my boyfriend doesn't like conjac noodles, so I allowed me some carbs^^ It works great! Thank you so much!

Hi...I've been watching your videos whenever I craved for some Chinese food...I used to live and work in Shanghai for 18 years and I crave for some Chinese food.. would you mind doing the grilled eggplant with some toppings...I'm not sure what it was but I'm sure there was a garlic sauce on top...I'm planning to make it here in the Philippines...I guess it was the same toppings for grilled scallops...those were 2 of my favorite street foods in shanghai...it was soooo delicious...I hope you will read my comment soon...we just started a grilled chicken BBQ BUSINESS and I want to add this 2 up...thank u so much...

Made this for dinner and it was really nice! I used too many noodles haha, so it wasn't as 'liquidy' as expected. So if you want to add more noodles, it might be better to cook them in a different pan
