Congrats Marion! And also thanks for this uber easy and delicious recipe that's going into rotation. I've never thought about using tomatoes in Egg Drop Soup but I'm also thinking of re-hydrating some Shiitake mushrooms in the stock for some extra oomph.

This recipe drop was perfect timing! Feeling under the weather today, and this soup is exactly what I need.
Right before I found out I was pregnant with my second, I was eating raw onions a lot, and one day I just ate an onion like an apple and my husband was like, “go get some pregnancy tests. Pretty sure you’re pregnant.” 😂😂😂

Marion I’m currently 31 weeks pregnant. I was randomly craving this soup. I made this for lunch and some homemade potstickers on the side. My husband and daughter are so happy! So is the baba in my belly😅oh so good yet took me like 6 mins to make

I love scrambled eggs with maggi seasoning on toast smeared with honey. Not pregnant, just a weird combo I've been eating since childhood. 😂

That sounds delicious even without being pregnant. How about this for a weird pregnancy craving... 2 scoops of Rocky Road ice cream, 1/2 can of RC Cola and, drum roll please, 1 cup of Corn Pops. That’s right, Corn Pops CEREAL! It was SO yummy, I had it every day in my last trimester! And I was very lucky... no gestational diabetes. Lol
After I gave birth, though, I was craving it when I came back from the hospital and to my surprise, IT WAS AWFUL! Hahaha

I don't know whether it's the food chemistry or your chemistry in your food preparation that have me drooling while I watch. It's so pleasant to watch you prepare food without any hint of difficulty in the process to achieve perfection in the end results. I love your recipes! Between your mother’s recipe I have made at least 6 different recipes and they always turn out divine!
My mom always loves to make this soup! Usually she doesn't stir the egg before so sometimes there is a whole egg yolk to find somewhere, and I loved eating that little egg nugget! Usually she uses fish sauce instead of soy sauce though (we're vietnamese, everyone has fish sauce in their kitchen asdfghjkl)
