My biggest takeaway: The video really drove home the point that getting new clients is just as crucial, if not more so, than holding on to existing ones.
I’m gonna make sure to focus on that more by posting 3-4 times a day on Instagram.

Biggest take away: learning how to always attract NEW clients into the business rather than keep old clients. When you grow a business, the clients you start with will mostly likely not stay with you so why would you be worried on keeping your current clients when you can change the focus to always bringing new clients into the business. This allows you to scale your business because you constantly are thinking about new clients not the client that is currently in your chair

Biggest takeaway :how to focus on aiming for new Clientel and how to generate new clientel at a higher price point . If you can do that then you don’t worry about “getting better skill sets” or adding additional services worrying about the fundamentals in order to creat new clientele consistintly .

Focus on getting more clientele at a higher price point. Focus on perfecting what you do. Being lazy is not an option, if you want to get better you have to do more than ur competitors. Going above and beyond will get you’re name out there. Value you’re clients. Don’t be scared to lose clients. Clientele who value your work will pay any price. Cut down your services to only the high priced ones focus on growing clientele and accepting new people into ur business

My biggest takeaway here is that the core hurdles of taking your barber business to the next level is not skillset, location or being booked out. The real motor of scaling is client acquisition. Client acquisition can be done through posting on IG 3-5 times a day showcasing your best work. In these posts you should tag every client and also repost to tiktok as well. This may not get you to 20k a month but it will definitely generate new clients at the current price point. 💈

take accountability for the actual problems in the business instead of blaming your city. new client acquisition will always win over client retention when looking to scale your biz. being scared that your clients will leave you when you go up in price is an accurate feeling because they will. the key is to not let that keep you from growing. a barber that knows how to acquire new clients at a higher price point can move forward from that mindset
