Yea. Theydont demo just any song to show off a speaker. Its always a very specific , well recorded song with a few elements, not an orchestra or anything like that. Such simple songs will sound good on any speaker....
With a decent amp, these will sound very good, providing you can pull them a bit from the wall.

I paid 1000 for pair of demo 60 xt and yes they are up there with the linn, and tannoy xt 8f. I don't hear much difference in the 60xt and the new model. I prefer the metal grills myself. That said I"m looking for Kantas 3 now, I just can't help it.

Would love to hear a comparison between the new Motion XT F100 and F200 models.
Not much difference between them really other than the 8 drivers on the F200’s. Really the best value right now is the 60TXi’s. You can grab a pair of them for under 2 grand on close out if you act fast. The other option is to pay $5700.00 for a pair of F200’s if you feel that’s worth it.

I have these they are better then most speakers I heard and I am thinking if I upgraded it would be tekton moabs or jtr Noesis 15 I heard revels and focals they can’t do what these do they can’t get loud enough for me to enjoy

I use these speakers with the Cambridge Audio CXA81 (paired with the Cambridge Audio CXN v2). The CXA81 drives the speakers nicely and I'm very happy with the sound. The Motion 60XTI is being replaced with a newer speaker, so you can most likely get them at a great price as well!

These, Tannoy XT8F, Evo4.4, or Borea BR08?
I can only tell you between these and the tannoy xt8 as I head them both extensively. If had to pay retail then the Tannoy but the martin logan at a sale price are a no brainer. Tannoy by a smidge if they're priced even.

I generally do not enjoy multi-driver 'speakers.
There aren't many single driver hi-fi speakers. Quad ESL 2812/2912, Bose 901(discontinued), EJ Jordan Designs, Fostex full-range drive unit with DIY enclosure, . . . .
