Gaur Plains has been requested so many times by you guys, and I thought it was finally time to give a jazz treatment to this amazing Xenoblade tune. This song turned out to be an 8-minute long multi-styled opus... but I really hope you enjoy it. Auden and I had a ton of fun working on this one!

I discovered this channel yesterday. I was in a Pokemon mood after having recently completing the Crown Tundra DLC for Sword/Shield. I listened to your incredible backlog of expertly done renditions of all my favorites from Diamond/Pearl/Platinum. My favorite was Snowpoint City, it was an absolutely breathtaking experience. After a little while, I just put your channel on my TV in the living room and just hung out in there for 6 hours watching your videos while playing Magic online.
Xenoblade Chronicles has got to be my favorite video game of all time. It's so incredible and this video so perfectly captures the mood and feel of a sick jazz bar tavern at the edge of Gaur Plains 20 years after Shulk has saved the Bionis. Shulk visits there occasionally to enjoy a drink and listen to your jazz and this is what plays. It's so perfect.
Keep up this absolutely brilliant work, it is gorgeous and really lit up my entire day when I found this channel yesterday. How I had not seen you before, I do not know, but I am super hyped to go through all you've uploaded and enjoy my journey.

Sir Carlos, you NEED to do more Xenoblade! The music really fits your style a lot. I personally recommend "unfinished battle", "Snowy Valak Mountain(night)", and "Imperial Capital Agniritha". However, there are many others to choose from :)

What I think is the best about this channel, is not only how authentic you make the transition from video game soundtrack to jazz, but how you are expanding peoples ears when it comes to music. Jazz is unfortunately a dying art, and it's nice to see somebody giving it such a great treatment. From one jazz player to another, I salute you sir
Thanks, dude! One of the goals I have with this channel is to turn more people towards the genre of jazz! It seems like a lot of young people aren't very interested in the genre, so I'm trying to appeal to video game music fans and help then get into listening to jazz through my covers / remixes!

loved it! The slow start reminds me of how plain the first area is, then the burst of energy when you reach the massive and beautiful part of the plains, then the transition into a slower calmer night time.
