What a gift this podcast is. I hope this podcast blows up and eventually Larry sits in too from time to time. I met him at a grocery store one time. I rang up his bag of nuts and he made a joking complaint about the price, which was warranted because it was 27 dollars. Felt like I was living an episode of Curb and it's one of the highlights of my life, right above the birth of my firstborn. Can't wait to hear about seasons 1-11, those are my favorites.
I was aware of the existence of “Curb” but I had never actually watched it until a few months ago, when I binged watched the whole thing. So finding this show/podcast is helping me deal with the fact that there are no more episodes to watch. I think Alexander the Great cried about this very situation.
Slow down Jeff! Take a breath here and there!
Curb is the greatest show of all time. I’ve rewatched the entire series many times, and it’s still hilarious. 😂
Every time a new season comes out I watch it from the Season 1
It is hard not to love/hate how every other sentence is an aside, "By the way..." You want them to finish a thought bc the stories are all so good, but each aside chips away at more good tidbits.
Drink every time he says “And by the way…let me add one thing”.

Great idea (and long overdue) for a podcast. Larry has pulled the rabbit outta the magic hat on TV not once but twice, creating 2 of the comedic legends of television.Other than Newhart and Lucy, can't think of anyone else whose done that. Not bad...in fact, might even say it was pretty good. Pretty pretty good.
So glad I found this after the wrap up on the series. Great content and banter!

When Gilbert passed, Larry David posted a link to "Norman's Corner". It's on yt.
Gilbert joked about how it almost prevented "Seinfeld", on his Amazing Colossal podcast.
They may mention it someday, but I doubt it.

Jeff talking more than Susie is not what all the complaints are about. It’s that every time Susie does speak, Jeff cuts her off mid-sentence and talks loudly over the top of her. We can’t hear her complete her thought.
I can't stand Susie as her character in Curb but her as a person in this is fricken amazing.
