What a gift this podcast is. I hope this podcast blows up and eventually Larry sits in too from time to time. I met him at a grocery store one time. I rang up his bag of nuts and he made a joking complaint about the price, which was warranted because it was 27 dollars. Felt like I was living an episode of Curb and it's one of the highlights of my life, right above the birth of my firstborn. Can't wait to hear about seasons 1-11, those are my favorites.
I was aware of the existence of “Curb” but I had never actually watched it until a few months ago, when I binged watched the whole thing. So finding this show/podcast is helping me deal with the fact that there are no more episodes to watch. I think Alexander the Great cried about this very situation.
You two are just great on Curb! I can’t believe this season is the last! You both have to land on another show where we can continue to enjoy your incredible talents!!

It is hard not to love/hate how every other sentence is an aside, "By the way..." You want them to finish a thought bc the stories are all so good, but each aside chips away at more good tidbits.

Larry has pulled the rabbit outta the magic hat on TV not once but twice, creating 2 of the comedic legends of television.Other than Newhart and Lucy, can't think of anyone else whose done that. Not bad...in fact, might even say it was pretty good. Pretty pretty good.
I love the way they just riff with each other, finishing each other's sentences and stories. That's how old friends are. (Maybe some people in these comments have never had the pleasure of that experience!)

Everyone, u gotta see jeff garlin do stand-up. I saw him do it and it was so funny. Both my dad and I were laughing so hard. And it’s impressive bc u can tell its based on the audience members; he couldnt write it and memorize before .
It was chicken, not cereal. In the audition, Larry told Cheryl to pretend she was serving supper, but not to include chicken, so she said that supper was (if I remember correctly; the scene was included as an extra on one of the DVDs) potatoes, beans, and chicken.
Jeff talking more than Susie is not what all the complaints are about. It’s that every time Susie does speak, Jeff cuts her off mid-sentence and talks loudly over the top of her. We can’t hear her complete her thought.
