@@leob4403 are you a simpleton or what. Everyone on her is irritated with Jeff for his interruptions. You will need to quit your job if you have one to spend all day and night defending Jeff and the producers for not allowing Susie to get out a sentence or thought. Evryone loves Jeff it just makes listening challenging.
@@aylemarshland5609 you must be part of the attention deficit generation that have trouble understanding spoken language, I will try to help you, I have worked as a personal assistant so I have experience. At 50 seconds into the video Suzie Essman starts and subsequently, completes a thought: in this case she talks about how much she loves the Curb signature jingle melody and then proceeds to tell the story about how it was conceived. I will give you the opportunity to review the video footage and then we can move on
The irony of Jeff complaining that someone else talks too much is just too much.

@@killout18 I take this stuff every day. Tolerance builds up quick as hell in a matter of a couple weeks. Non-ADHD people are all hyped up if they take a lot. Does next to nothing if you take it regularely. Stop with those little jugements towards ADHD people it's annoying to read everywhere how were all hyped up all the time. Aint true
Love when he goes on a tangent to apologise for going tangents. We don't need to know what's coming up whenever something related is mentioned. Sometimes stimulant ADHD drugs aren't the best thing for conversations.
@@disliked1390 I take more than you every day since I'm also diagnosed with the mythological disease called ADHD, 90 MG's is the same as 20 used to be for me now. Admit the truth, we take a mild form of amphetamine salts which is what our prescription chemically contains. After popping one, it's easy to be very talkative and love hearing the sound of our own voice for the first 3 hours, then the zombieness begins.
Susie is such a natural podcaster.

Junior WAS on to something when he saw "Bobby" on the TV. Schirripa got the same comments at the start of Talking Sopranos episodes 🙂 They'll iron it out I am sure.

My Mom was diagnosed with end stage cancer during first two seasons of Curb. Have wonderful memories sitting @ her bediside and her and I laughing with Larry and Curb. What a gift and special memories to take someone away for 30 minutes.....hard to believe it has been over 20 years ago.
Glad it was a source of a happiness in a difficult time. May her memory be a blessing.

I didn’t know Jeff was a serial disagreer. Everything Susie says his instant reaction is to correct her….even when he agrees with what she says, he first disagrees before ultimately agreeing lolll 🎉

God damn jeff, why so argumentative and why do you keep interrupting?
I just realized that the only other show who uses bouncy classical (probably very cheap) music is Always Sunny in Philadelphia. And they use it throughout episodes to make jokes hit a little harder and switch the vibe of the scene from dark to hilarious, and now that they're both well-known parts of our culture, the music is like it's own character almost, it's wild lol. It's hilarious when other sketches use the Curb theme, like on Family Guy and stuff like that and you just know exactly what they're referring to. Pretty awesome.

I’m 39 and have been watching curb since I was 18. My first episode was the Benadryl brownie and I absolutely fell in complete love with it. Since then anyone who knows me thinks of me when they see something Larry~David related. I’m from Boston so I’m grateful to have tickets to see Larry live the day after the series finale. 😭

@@invisibot6 no one is completely sure it’s not stand up- it’s called “a conversation with Larry David” Jerry hinted at something at his show in Boston in October along the lines of he and Larry addressing the Seinfeld finale soon, saying that it was/is a “secret”. Idk I kinda feel like this is the secret he was referring to. Also a mystery moderator. I’m excited I could cry.

same age, vaguely the same history with the show. my first episode was the doll, which is a good one to start with and perhaps still my favorite. what a show, such a gift to viewers.

Really happy you're doing this and that the podcast is actually about the show. Another great sitcom has a podcast that is up-and-down because they don't take notes and don't talk about the episodes.
Cannot wait to watch all of these. If I could make a suggestion or enquiry to the editor, is it possible to have more clips (even screenshots)of the episode scene they are referring to, in a picture-in-picture way?

This is great! Subscribed with the bell on! I just figured out my first episode was S3, ep3 "Club Soda and Salt." I turned on HBO and there was a pretty lady and a grumpy old guy riding in a Prius and arguing about an Al Green song and I was like, WTH is this? And I haven't stopped watching since. It's so fun hearing about Jeff and Susie's experiences doing the show. Can't wait for more! And I looked up Mina Kolb and she's still alive - born in 1926.
