i know it’s probably tough to get him, but larry adds so much to this podcast
I love how Jeff tries to do his interruption shtick a few times and Larry shuts him down. Larry's face when Jeff interrupts is priceless. Seems like Larry gave up towards the end of the podcast realizing Jeff can't be helped, but this is more watchable than most of these episodes.

You can tell when Larry is fake-laughing and when he is real-laughing. When he fake-laughs look at his jaw, and if he is deliberately moving it up and down - it's acting, it's fake. When he is really laughing he doesn't do that.

Jeff still had his By the Ways but he can slightly reign it in with Larry sitting there, so it doesnt really seem involuntary. He can reign it in when he wants to.
Exactly my thoughts too. He was much more appropriate in this podcast which only goes to prove he *can* control himself but chooses not to when it's just him and Susie making it bad mannered selfishness rather than part of some ailment which many of his defenders put his rudeness down to.
@@jankelly2003 100 percent and I cant believe it doesnt drive Larry batshit crazy. i 100 percent blame the producers for not having an intervention and kicking him off podcast. Susie could do this alone or have guests from each episode there are plenty of people that could do the pod.
Ehh I don't know if that's necessarily accurate. He may just need reminders or prompts, and Larry just happens to be one.

Larry, and Seinfeld are the two biggest geniuses of our time
I was watching this episode on a plane a few months ago and we were landing so I had to unplug my headphones and I watched the last half of the episode with no sound and knew exactly what was happening. It was brilliant.
That really is evidence of true comedic writing genius, right? The ability to make a comedic premise so universally funny and understandable that you can know the meaning of everything taking place without even needing dialogue, Larry is so good at writing visual and conceptual plots.

As impatient as Larry is i cant believe that doesnt grate on his nerves, but he probably hasnt watched much of this series.

This is hands down the best episode of curb, with only Officer Krupke as a very, very close second.
I'd dipped into a brief bit of Curb, but decided to commit to a whole episode and was lucky that it was Officer Krupke! "SOLD!"

It's so perfect that Larry is sitting in on this particular episode.

These podcasts have been a massive treat, and I’m having fun rewatching the show each week along with the podcast.
Please do this for all 12 seasons! This is a ton of fun to learn about the production of the show as a massive Curb fan.

I wish they'd stop interrupting Jeff 😂 This was such a GREAT episode. Larry doesn't often go into detail about his writing processes and challenges and here we are.

Someone should edit every Jeff line and post it somewhere. I watched a couple of episodes when this podcast started, but stopped. I only came back because of Larry.
Re-watching this series as the podcast goes on, the first two episodes are classic for me, this one has a slow start and silly, easily avoided situations, although absolutely hilarious at the end, best moments were Susie's scenes and Cheryl's revenge. And the toilet scenes
Its as good as an episode of Curb with Larry there, on the tea cups at Disney World😂😂😂☕️☕️☕️Just comedy gold😂

Jeff is so fake. Look at some of his laughing in the interviews online that he has done where he laughs like a little girl, and he has not done that once on this show. Something just off about that dude.

He's always interrupting with little things that add nothing to the conversation.

Really enjoyed this episode. Larry seemed the most comfortable and chill. Sometimes on talk shows I’m he seems a little irritated and combative which I’m sure is on purpose. This one he was just so mellow and cool.😃
I find they missed on a couple of important details in that hysterical doll scene:
The little girl cries and screams about her doll's hair that's been cut, while her mom is publicly shaming Larry for everyone to hear, the jackass lady from the theater stands behind the mom with this silent yet belittling/judging look, and at the same time the ABC executive walks in on Cheryl in the bathroom because Larry was no longer guarding the door. Perfect madness caught on screen! 😂
They didn't miss that.

I love Curb. I love Susie talking about the show. It was great to hear from and see Larry David as a guest. But, as much as I want to continue, I'm fed up with Jeff Garlin's idiocy. "By the way," is preventably unforgivable. He says it dozens of times per History of Curb episode and it's become like a knife stab in my brain. He interrupts Susie constantly and with no quality to it. He just seems like an idiot who interrupts for no good reason. It feels like he has a memory of something to add, but often he's wrong. And, By The Way, Jeff, making disclaimers about being a stupid ass doesn't excuse that behavior. I'd suggest a drinking game of, "By the way," but I think it would yield the same results as stabbing yourself in the brain.
